I LOVE this place, my health insurance takes & my sessions with my counselor is by phone 1x per week for an hour. they really are extrenely nice people that work here & I love attending this methadone clinic! I plan to become a clinic counselor someday myself actually, if i ever stop taking methadone. t stars 5 stars 5 stars from me, also it is clean bug i have never seen a janitor here so that freaks me out a bit.

This place helped me get my life back on track. I’ve heard so many negative things about methadone clinics and I am so happy that I didn’t listen to them. The staff here is amazing, friendly and caring. Making me feel like a person instead of an addict.

Very unprofessional staff!!! Dispensing Nurses are almost late every day which means anyone who need the medication is late to work!! Do not start coming to this clinic you'll get stuck just start somewhere else a word of advice

I've been in recovery with Aegis for yrs and never had a problem with them there willing to help u with what ever u need for ur recovery. I've been to other recovery clinic's in different cities and never had good results with them Aegis has awesome staff members, wonderful counselors and great doctors they also have great one on one counseling sessions groups sessions as well they even take the time to talk and listen to there patients to see what they can do for us in are recovery which no other clinic do. I totally recommend this clinic to anyone who really wants to be in recovery and get clean .....

Aegis Pasadena is by far the best facility I have been to. From day one, everyone Ive come into contact with there have been caring, professional and consistantly nice, making me feel like a person and not just another number. They understand the complexities of addiction and they "get it". I would recommend Aegis Pasadena to anyone needing help. Nileem, Liz and Justina are amazing and I can't thank them enough.
