List of Andrew G. Seltzer's Reviews
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Seltzer. He takes care to explain the procedure and I experienced no discomfort during the epidural procedure. He has a kind and caring personality
Dr. Seltzer is very down-to-earth and includes the patient in his care every step of the way. He is also compassionate, understanding, and kind. He's current, yet old-school in his attitude of being there for the patient and making the patient feel as if he/she is the most important person he is talking to. I highly recommend this Dr. His Staff, Ashley M., imparticular, is very kind and treats the patients with respect. Robert, too, the nurse, is also tuned into the patients' needs. The overall feel of this office is they are here for the patient. And Dr. Seltzer also treats his staff with a great deal of respect. That says a lot about his character.
Well you try to give people the benefit of a doubt, and I did just that with Dr Lena Shoftak And all I can say is WOW!! what a STONE cold fish she is, doesnt even smile when greeting you or shake your hand, she has zero personable skills and makes you feel like your nothing !! It's bad enough living in chronic pain and you look for answers from your pain dr and she acts like your bothering her or wasting her time, she didn't even try to suggest any other form of treatment So hopefully she gets a serious attitude adjustment or remembers who she works for and how she gets paid !!
Comfortable treatment. Thank You
Today I took my dad for injection and he refused to see him because he doesn’t speak English. This was first time that I heard that in USA. When I asked why you didn’t tell us before the appointment his medical assistant told me I don’t know thats not my job. This office is worst worst worst I’ll never take him back. They are so mean they don’t care about the patients. If I can I will give 0 star for them.
Today I took my father for injection and he refused to see him because he doesn’t speak English... This is worst office they’re not explaining anything to you before your appointment and when you are asking them why you didn’t not explained before they’re telling you they don’t know. Super mean employees with very bad attitude. I’ll never go there again. If there is 0 star I will give 0 star to them.
Dr. Seltzer is an amazing authentic Dr. he really cares about his patients and he works hard.
This is the worst organization I ever had the misfortune of going to. I took me 1 1/2 months just to get an appointment, then was told to come back 2 weeks later, after giving them a urine sample, before they could do anything. Came back after the 2 weeks and they had no information or results from the previous visit. They wanted me to leave another urine sample and come back in another 2 weeks. Totally unacceptable for an MD office. Avoid at all costs.
Dr Seltzer has given me the best care over the last 5 or so years.
Dr Seltzer is the only Dr that’s been able to cure my severe back pain. Kind, courteous and professional. I recommend him to anyone with suffering with moderate to severe pain.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
