After finding out that I have written this review, you called AGAIN and asked me how we can resolve this matter or if you should reply to my comment online. How unprofessional of you. The first time you called, I explained clearly that if your receptionist had told us that you were running late due to an emergency, we would have rescheduled rather than waiting over an hour. I also explained that I know the difference between being "on-call" and being on a "phone call." Do you have any proof that my mom clearly stated she did not mind waiting? Because she doesn't mind calling and letting you know how upset she was and that SHE wanted me to change her primary doctor.I'm not sure if you are being dishonest or if your office staff lied to you, but I never stepped into any employee/restricted area, unless my mom's room and the waiting room are restricted areas. And in response to your last remark, thank you, but if necessary I will discuss MY medical/mental health with a QUALIFIED doctor.DISGUSTING

The best doctor around. I've been to several Doctor's but no improvement dr Alanizi on the other hand really took care of me. Thank you!

My mom had an appointment with him today at 2 pm. We arrived at 1:50 pm and it is now an hour and 15 minutes past my mom's appointment time and she still hasn't been visited. This isn't the first time he does not respect his patient's time otherwise I wouldn't write this review.

Brand New Office ! New Location Lots of FREE PARKING Hardly any wait for my appt. Dr. Alanizi is very thorough, answered all my questions, non-rushed appt wonderful. I would definitely recommend

Dr. Alanizi has been my personal Physician for about nine years and I am very happy about that! He is the Best! I trust him completely! He is straight forward, caring and a fantastic Physician with excellent knowledge! He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel at ease! I am very glad to know that my health is in good health with his expertise!His staff is friendly and helpful!

Over 15 years ago, I was in need of a new doctor. Dr. Alanizi was on my list of doctors to "interview." I was raised in a small town and had only had one doctor. When I asked Dr. Alanizi if he was willing to fill the shoes of my beloved Dr. Weiser, he responded with such kindness, "Of course I will!" Well, he has exceeded my expectations. He is truly a wonderful and caring doctor. Best decision I made! Dr. Alanizi is like a detective when it comes to any health issue we bring to him (my husband is a patient as well). He spends a significant amount of time asking questions and he actually listens to his patients!! I've never left his office without feeling like there is a plan in place to address my health issue! He is the BEST!

Unfortunately I'm revising my five star review to one star. I'd had such a great experience up until the last few weeks. Getting anyone to call me back has been like pulling teeth. And for the treatment I need, not only are the doctor and his team COMPLETELY unhelpful, I was told today the doctor can't be bothered to complete the necessary form. My insurance told me he needs to complete an authorization and his receptionist literally said today well it's more than one page so he won't fill it out. Are you kidding me??? My mother died of cancer and my insurance said your primary care doctor needs to complete an authorization that this treatment is part of your care plan due to your immediate family health... and his office is refusing to help me. DISGUSTING.

Dr Alanizi is the best. He's very attentive and thorough and has so much knowledge on any issues I bring up. Honestly, he's my favorite doctor I've had!

I guess some people can't take constructive criticism. My last review wasn't a bad review. I just acknowledged that for normal test results there isn't anything wrong with giving the results over the phone. I stopped in this afternoon to ask for an order for an X-ray and was given a bit of an attitude and was told because of my last review I was told I have to make an appointment to see the doctor and if I didn't like it I could find another doctor. Not a problem doc. I will make sure my 1000 plus friends relay the message as well

I chose Dr. Alanizi because of most of the good reviews and because he actually had appointments available within short notice unlike a doctors group near me who didn't have appointments till 1 or 2 months out which is ridiculous. Anyway, he was pretty knowledgeable, I liked how he asked me a lot of questions regarding some issues I've been having and had me do a full blood work. I called this morning to see if my results were in which they just received yesterday but they won't give me the results over the phone. There isn't anything life threatening so why can't I get the results over the phone? My last doctor was able to give me my results over the phone so that doesn't make sense to me. I'm a little irritated because I have to adjust my work schedule to make my appointment. I may be looking for another doctor in the Pasadena area after my follow up appointment.
