I have been holding back on writing this review but now is the time.While my favorite staff girl has chosen to leave Dr. Swe's practice. I am truthfully so glad. She was the only reason I didn't leave this review sooner. Dr.swe has failed me in many ways, from false diagnosing me on my lab orders and even billing my insurance plan incorrectly. Just to get a little extra payment from my Medicare plan isn't the answer. She was upset with me on many occasions when I declined to purchase her Unicity products. That she promotes to supposedly lower cholesterol and cure cancer.The stupidity in that is mind blowing! It isn't even FDA approved and she uses her Medical Liscense to persuade all her patients to purchase it. She e always sent incorrect doses of medication to my pharmacy. When I confronted her she blamed the pharmacy as it is their fault she sent it to them incorrectly. Stay far far away from this mickey mouse Doctor. As for her bimbo staff member she looks as clueless as Mickey mouse. The patient care is Mal-practice at its finest.

Just wanted to let people know that there is a new person taking calls and making appointments. The office is back to its warm, caring atmosphere. Saw Dr. Swe today and she was unaware of the rude behavior by the person answering the phone, the mixups in appointments, lack of communication w/her,. Etc, New person is Tracey and she is kind, caring and efficient. Dr. Swe is as wonderful as ever!

Dr. Beauty Swe has been my doctor for quite a few years now and my experience as a patient has been excellent in every way. I feel truly blessed to have found a doctor who has a mind of phenomenal knowledge and a heart that truly cares for her patients. Despite her busy schedule she always finds time to listen attentively to her patients' feelings and needs. She is prompt at responding to calls, which is of vital importance when a patient has a desperate urgency to speak to a doctor. My heart overflows with gratitude for the kindness and the tireless patience that Dr. Swe has accorded me and it gives me much confidence to observe her meticulous attention to details about my health. My experience with her staff has been very positive. They are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They have been very helpful in answering my questions and scheduling my appointments. Overall, my assessment of Dr. Swe's practice Is that her service is truly meritorious and deserves to be highly recognized.

Dr. Swe consistently provides me with excellent health care. There is no other doctor that I've been to that is as caring, knowledgeable and genuine as Dr. Swe. She takes the time to answer my medical related questions and to educate and explain medical info to me. She is quick to follow up with test results and pharmacy requests. She and her staff provide top notch, quality and personalized care. I highly recommend Dr. Swe and her team.

I have been a patient of Dr Swe's for 20 years. She has taken such good care of me through the bumpy road of life and any medical issues that have come my way. I've always felt very well cared for. She is patient, kind, a good listener, and wise. I am so very lucky Dr Swe is my doctor. I feel truly blessed.

I've been a patient of Dr. Swe for about a year now and all I can say is that she is absolutely amazing. Out of all the doctors I've seen she's been the most patient. If you've read the other reviews, you'll find that her front office is a little bit iffy. I agree, but this is about the doctor, not the staff.

Dr. Beauty Swe is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, kind, and attentive. She has been our family doctor for more than 15 years. Dr. Beauty Swe has always been there for us, leading us through the good and bad times, with positivity and professional intelligence. I cannot think of a better doctor for myself or my family.

My mom has been a patient of hers for a long time and was recently telling me about her experience that made me furious. No problems with the doctor but the front office person is SO RUDE. If I had known what happened earlier, I would have intervened because it is not okay. She didn't tell the doctor because she didn't want to get her staff in trouble but I don't have the same concern. Here are a couple examples of what my mother (in her 70s) experienced:- Asking about something and getting hung up on. She gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were in the middle of something so she called back and wasn't able to get a response. This is a doctor's office so what do you do? Call back! She did this repeatedly and was only able to speak to someone at the end of the day only to have them say "YOU ALREADY CALLED 20 TIMES". EXCUSE ME if you know someone at the same number is calling 20 times then WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST ANSWER?- She had a lab requisition form for a blood draw but it didn't have a test listed that she needed. She tried to reach out to the office repeatedly to ask about getting this added and they never responded. When she went to her blood draw appointment, she was told that the doctor's office didn't check the specific test on the form. So my mom asks for them to take extra blood and call the doctor's office themselves. They do and tell her the doctor's office said she doesn't need that specific test so she's like okay fine. A week later she goes to the doctor for her physical and the doctor says where's the results of the test? (The specific one my mom had asked the office to add to the lab req. form.) - Also they scheduled her next appointment without asking her availability. You don't think people have other things they might be doing? You could at least ask.To the doctor's benefit, at least she gave my mom her cell phone number now so she has a more direct line.These are only a few of the stories I've heard.. I know there are more. No one should be subjected to this treatment. If you work at a doctor's office, you should not be allowed to just ignore people or hang up on their calls. This is peoples' health we're talking about and you don't treat anyone like this, especially not elderly people. If you don't like dealing with people who annoy you then you should not be working at a doctor's office. Go to somewhere like the DMV where you can be rude to people and they have to take it because they have no other options and peoples' health is not at stake. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

rude front of staff. at first Dr. Swe seems kind and concerned but then they dont answer calls or messages and are sloppy with their work. Dr Swe even sent a a wrong dosage of prescription ..

This doctor's office is a nightmare. The staff are beyond rude and don't care if you need help. The doctor left on vacation before giving me blood test results, with no on call person or any way for me to access my own medical information for over a month. Avoid at all costs.
