Excellent doctor with a lot experience, well prepared doctor does a great job using the classic and modern medicine, works with you to get you an appointment a soon as possible, don't have to wait for a long time like in other clinics.

Highly recommend this clinic because I really appreciate the care and the professionalism of Dr. Carlos Rodriguez.He has a very reasonable prices when paying cash, he’s very knowledgeable, he is USC graduate, and he has over 25 years of experience working for this community. Dr. Rodríguez is the best doctor that exist in this community. He has been loyal to stay working for all the community but it specifically for the Low income community of our Altadena, Pasadena, and San Gabriel areas. He is the best doctor because he takes the time to assess his patients, talks to them and still greets you without being in a hurry, in other words he is a very caring doctor. Thank you Dr. Rodriguez !!!!!

His front office staff is so rude .. my appointment was at 10:30 am we arrive at 10:20 when i was ask to pay my copayment I notified them i had reach my out of pocket limit and i had zero copayment they said we don’t care you still have to pay us and we don’t care if you have zero copayment thats not are problem they were so rude and like I called my insurance in-front of them and they confirmed i had no copayment the clinic staff got even more mad and started telling me stuff they said i was going to be seen whenever they wanted i had to wait till 3:00 to be seen by the doctor

Well about 5 years ago God put this great doctor on my path and he right away find MI sickness we recommend me some pills witch work he did his excellent work and save my life thank so much doctor and God bless you always

I would not recommend Dr. Rodriguez to any friend, family member, or stranger. He is patronizing, dismissive, does not provide adequate information regarding prescribed medications. He's unwilling to explore any alternative options, even when prolonged, reoccurring symptoms are still present. At one point I had literally beg him to refer me to a specialist, after having him prescribe me medication that was clearly not preventing my symptoms. I've had the same problem, under his care, for 1 year.

A while back, my first appointment with Dr. Rodriguez was very good and he seemed very personable, but I recently had a problem and neither he nor his staff was any help. I had an issue where my insurance company said he had changed medical groups and therefore my medical group had changed too. I called his office and asked if this was true, and his office staff said he had not made any such change. But I kept trying to tell the insurance company this and they kept saying they no longer saw the old medical group on his profile. I got so frustrated and I called Dr. Rodriguez's office and asked them to please call my insurance and sort it out. They refused. Not only did they refuse to help me in any way, they insinuated that I was crazy. (I was crying, because I was so frustrated after spending so much time on hold w/ insurance company being told one thing and them telling me something completely different.) I told them perhaps the Dr. himself would help me and they said he does not do phone consultations. This wasn't a phone "consultation," it was an issue with my insurance where my insurance had some wrong information and I thought perhaps he could clear it up. I really needed someone to help me sort out all that confusion. No one would help me. They don't deserve my business anymore.

I needed a private dr. and called to see if He was taking new patients. They told me to come right in today.Dr. Rodriguez is personable, accurate and took the proter tests to find out my diagnosis. Excellent dr. and staff.I am glad I came here. the stars only go up to 3 on this form so I cannot push 5 stars? Is this discrimination?
