I talked with Dr Horn today on the phone and I was absolutely humiliated. As a Christian, I identify strongly with the Bible and Jesus Christ as being the most important element to healing. However, she blatantly shamed me and my spiritual oversight by making statements like ,” what does that say if you and your husband are still having issues when you have spiritual oversight?” And “that’s unsound for you to turn to your Rabbi and rely on him instead of turning to God?”….. people who seek therapy are already fragile and vulnerable. Dr Horn totally kicked me when I was already down. So inappropriate and unprofessional.
