Good Dr but horrible staff. Only interested in schedule Colonoscopy, if not about scheduling Colonoscopy no one bother to call you back. I read the reviews even so many complaints about the staff, the office manager will write that she will do something. It seems nothing changed thru the year。It is a shame for a good physician.

Very hard to get hold of anyone to return your call. I left a voice message, on hold twice for 20 minutes and even went online try to book a schedule for colonoscopy. No one has replied to my requests. Rather spend my time with a live person than on hold

Dr Fu is a very capable doctor. She always helped me find out all my problems in the digestive tract and prescribed me medication to help me feel better. The procedures were always pain free and without any complication afterwards. At the center where the procedures are done, the staff are very kind and caring. They took excellent care of me and made sure I feel relax and very comfortable. I am very grateful to Dr Fu and her staff to help me address with my health issues.

Casey Fu is a very capable doctor who finds all the problems in my digestive tract. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy procedure two years ago and another endoscopy recently. She always found all the problems and I am very grateful Dr Fu help me address all my problems and prescribe to me medicine to help me fix my issues. The procedures are always pain free and without any complication afterwards. Always smooth with no issues. At the center where the procedures are done, the staff are really kind and took very good care of me. They made sure I stayed warm and toasty and made sure I am very comfortable. I am very grateful for all their help.

Dr. Fu is Amazing! Not only she is an expert in her field but her bed side manners are impeccable. The visits with her, whether in person or virtual, are neve rushed, she listens and takes time to explain everything and every medication prescribed. Dr. Fu is friendly, is kind and she LISTENS! recommended Dr. Fu to family and friends and every single one of them agree on how amazing she is!
