I am very impressed by the support that I have received from Shirley Sotelo and the Behavioral Health team. Professional, smart, and considerate. This review goes out to her support team as well as they always provide timely communication. Mental Health is an important part of overall health and the Chapcare MD's, PA's, support staff and Shirley's department have been integral to my holistic health.

Doctor/ Nurse Practitioner is very professional, personable and attentive. Very pleased with my visit and care. Front desk- quick and friendly, young lady that performed my EKG was very professional as well, courteous and took great care and was helpful. I love CHAP !

I've been coming here now almost 6 years and everyone from the doctors (particularly Dr. Dorothy Marquez) and nurses to the assistants are a wonderful caring group of professionals. Knowledgeable, empathetic and straightforward, they spend the time needed making sure my questions and medical needs are met each and every time. Average wait time varies between 10-30 minutes.

CONSISTENTLY ON POINT.  each and everyone time i visit chapcare del mar it literally makes my day so much better! the energy is so personable, genuinely upbeat and professionally on point. the nurses and doctors (yes plural) give me so much attention and are able to do all their work at the same time... i feel so connected and supported while receiving their care, and in a blink of an eye i'm out with a sense of closure and kind fairwell until next time....  for reals everybody, i ain't playin. so much respect for this location/company/business/staff/training etc. y'all doin it right!!

CHAP is a wonderful clinic, i am so very grateful fir their program. My provider Mary Tuteryan is the best provider one can ask for. She cares for your well being and actually listens! She hears your concerns and provides the best help possible, I feel very comfortable coming here. Wouldn't change my provider for anyone else. Thank you Chap staff for your care.

Chapcare on Del Mar in Pasadena is the absolute worst. When I used go there, it was the same old thing check blood pressure and I’m out of there every single time . But now that the pandemic is going on, they’re even worse than ever. I cannot get an appointment. I have been to emergency 3 or 4 times between September and October. I cannot even get A hold of them for a follow up appointment . I even stopped by and the facility was closed tight, not a soul in the site. The emergency doctors gave me instructions and I cannot carry them out. My lungs need to be checked and I need to discard my high blood pressure medicine. I want a new insurance plan along with a new primary doctor whose serious about my health.
