Chapcare Lincoln's Online Review Report Card

I have been going to CHAP for 25 years.  This place has been affordable for my family, I took both my kids for all their pediatric needs, and would do all my woman's exams as well.  After I became insured, I continued with their care, the doctors have always taken their time, listen to my concerns, and order blood work for additional info.  So far we have stayed healthy and no big changes to our medical history.

Dr. Chui is a complete incompetent. He failed to get a critical eye measurement during my examination and then called me to come back so he could get the measurement. I live an hour away so this is no small inconvenience. This doctor is an idiot. Don't go to him.

ChapCare offers very high quality dental care in a technologically advanced facility with a human touch in a community that feels like home . I highly recommend it .

I usually go to a different location the employees are very helpful . And i had an appointment it was fast the doctor was friendly & the nurse as well I would recommend it here . The dentist  is in the same building next door  I didn't have an appointment they took me in within 10 minutes or less . The doctor was so friendly I do recommend it also , they gave my child a bag with toothpaste & toothbrush . Normalmente voy a un lugar diferente, los empleados son muy útiles. Y tenía una cita, fue rápido, el médico fue amable y la enfermera también lo recomendaría aquí. El dentista    está en el mismo edificio de al lado  No tenía una cita, me atendieron en 10 minutos o menos. El médico fue tan amable que lo recomiendo también, le dieron a mi hijo una bolsa con pasta de dientes y cepillo de dientes   .

I reluctantly made a dental appointment for the Chapcare on Lincoln due to not so positive reviews. Because of my lack of insurance I had very little options available. That being said.....I was beyond pleasantly surprised. From the front desk, to the dentist and her assistants,  I received top notch care. I will not only come back but recommend Chap Lincoln to others. I have been to the dentist more times then I can count but have never been treated the way I was treated here. Understanding, caring, didn't try to up charge me and respect. Those are just a few of the words I can use to describe the staff.  I was a self pay patient and would gladly pay for their services again even if I had insurance. Thank you to everyone at Chapcare Lincoln Dental, you all are awesome!

Very great staff and actually a relaxing experience; yes relaxing! I found the drilling to be pretty soothing thanks to the numbness and steady hands of Dr. Hong-Yuan. Thanks !

Great place when I got my eyes checked they were very good , and made the test very easy the next week I went and got a deep cleaning with the dentist, HONG-YUAN HSIN there and she was very gentle and great  Teeth feel Great.They were very wheelchair accessible also easy to transfer into the dentist chair and the eye doctor didn't even make me transfer she was able to work with the wheelchair thanks guys
