Overconfident. Would have liked to see a video regarding knee replacement. Need an owner’s manual for the prosthesis placed. It moves and sometimes ends up in painful positions. Is this a Rotating Platform? As I lose weight, I am beginning to get the impression that the knee prosthesis placed will eventually be too big for me, especially as I get older.

I had my hip replaced by Dr. Long in 2017 when I was 51 years old. I am a Yoga Therapist and I found him through my student who was his former nurse. She begged me to go see him as she watched me struggle with movement. He took one look at my x-ray and said I needed a hip replacement. Two months later I got my new hip and my life back. I love Dr. Long and his passion, big heart and the way he cares for his patients are so comforting. I am traveling, climbing, walking, and exploring this big beautiful world again!

If you are considering knee replacement surgery, there is no reason to consider any doctor other than Dr. William Long. He is a pioneer in robotic knee replacement surgery, his diagnosis is diligent and in depth and he will compassionately walk you through the procedure, what to expect post surgery and how to proceed with your rehab. I got lucky when I was referred to Dr. Long. I can't imagine having had my surgery done with any other orthopedic surgeon.

As I am scheduling my third replacement by Dr. Long, I can only say without reservation, he is the absolute best. My first replacement was Jan of 2009. I have never had a complaint about anything. I trust Dr. Long with my upcoming surgery.

When my Mum snapped her implant off her hip back about 11 years ago, we waited 6 months to see him. Complex case, revision. He was then well -known as a revision specialist. A Doctor who fixes things other doctors can't or what they messed up His manner is so humble, his approach so gentle. We owe him Mum's ability to move these last 10 years. Excellent quality and great results. 10 out of 10!!

Dr. Long is one of the top surgeons and I am speaking of my experience with him a year ago. I had a congenital hip dislocation since birth and lived my whole life with a limp and pain which got worse as I got older. I had my surgery a year ago and I am painless and able to walk miles and miles. I was ready for surgery the first visit I had with him and without fear. I am so blessed and grateful to have him as my surgeon. He deserves ALL THE STARS and the MOON!!!
