All right...wow. This doctor has some nerve. The moment I walk into the doctor's office I notice the secretary is wearing her fabric mask below her nose and it's falling below her mouth, as well. I'm double-masking, so I figure -- okay, I can deal with this. She is fairly incompetent -- complains that I only have a digital insurance card and seems frazzled.Then Dr. Williams comes out completely maskless. She goes over to the secretary and they begin bickering. The secretary doesn't know how to file paperwork properly or access patients' records and this doctor goes...bananas. Loses it! It's extremely uncomfortable. While I didn't think the secretary was great at her job, I definitely didn't think she deserved public humiliation. My appointment is at 3:45 P.M. and there's another patient there whose appointment is at 4 P.M. He gets seen first? So be it, I'm still filling out paperwork. Dr. Williams starts asking him questions (what he's there for, his current weight, etc) right there (still totally maskless) in front of everyone. Then, the secretary tells me it's time to pay my copay. Let me just say, I hate confrontation. I'm not all that good at it and it sucks to call someone out. But, I swallow my pride, look at the "Masks required" sign on the desk and say "Masks are required in this office, right? I would be more comfortable if the doctor put on her mask". The doctor looks at me and says, "Are you vaccinated?". I say, "Yes, I am". She says, "Three times?". I say no, I'm not yet boosted (not because I don't want to be). She then says, "Then YOU'RE the danger here. YOU'RE dangerous. I'll put on my mask because YOU'RE dangerous". So...I stormed out.First of all, it's the law in California. Second of all, you're a doctor, who should understand that masks protect, regardless of the vaccine. Third of all, I said I was uncomfortable, so practice a bit of empathy and put on a damn mask. Don't get defensive and blame me? She was embarrassing, unprofessional, untrustworthy, and disrespectful. What a fool!

My Fiancé changed insurances so he was looking for a new PCP. He took a chance with Dr. Williams and since I was looking for a new PCP in Pasadena I went with him as well. My Fiancé did misplace his intake forms so we arrived 25 minutes prior to his actual appointment. He completed the paperwork within 7 minutes.Almost 1.5 hours from the time we arrived and 1 hour past his appointment he still wasn't seen. So we checked in with the front desk and the receptionist said "Since you didn't fill out your paperwork you lost your spot". We were never told we lost our spot and when we initially arrived we informed them we had misplaced our paperwork and this is why we arrived much earlier to our appointment. If the receptionist had told us in the beginning that we lost our spot then we would've rescheduled and not sit in the waiting room for 1.5 hours. I work in healthcare and understand physicians run behind, but be honest with your patients. Also I do not appreciate the receptionist pretty much blaming us for losing our spot and not being transparent upfront. This was an extremely unpleasant experience and not only did this office lose one patient, but two. A front office staff is key to a successful practice and because of this recent experience we won't be coming back.

Was looking for a physician (PCP) for my insurance. Called a doctors office today to see their general availability for patients. Explained a lady on the phone my situation and that i am choosing PCP . She is telling me, she can not give me availability if i do not have an insurance card with doctors name on it!!!!! She says call me when you have actual card with doctors name arrives ))). What ? Are you serious? You are not going to be my PCP )). Recommend doctor to change this rude lady, nothing personal just did not expect this kind of stupid answer.

I left Dr. Williams nearly 10 years ago after she grilled me on my presidential voting decision while she was in the middle of a pap smear exam. I found myself avoiding seeing her even when I was sick and in need of a Doctor because I didn't want to observe, experience, or deal with her judgement and unprofessionalism.

Really? I am not suggesting anything but why would a doctor in California attack on Facebook then proceed to block online a Canadian proud of his fully funded health care system?

If you are looking for a stern, no nonsense doctor, then Dr. Williams is your person. I however was not happy that she scoffed at my subscribing to an organic diet. I am not interested in having all the processed chemicals in my body, causing me to get ill. When my cholesterol levels were slightly high, she immediately wanted to put me on statins...I told her "No", I'd rather adjust my diet first for 6 months to see how that works.....Just wasn't a good fit for me.

She knows her stuffs and doesn't beat around the bush. I have my shares of doctors who just totally clueless but trying to be nice and totally misdiagnose, but Dr.Cleo is old school. Seem harsh at times but seem to be a cultural thing, she's Greek after all and that's pretty normal according to some of my Greek friends. Sometimes she has intern following her and she quiz them a lot and sometimes also involved the patient in the discussion because sometimes they know their problems.Staffs are very sweet and helpful, especially Virginia, her nurse.
