I have been going to this drs office for about 13 years. To me, they are the best. I used to live in Burbank but moved to Santa Monica. My husband says "why don't you find a dr in Santa Monica"? I said as long as he is practicing I'll find my way to him. He has kept my RA in check all these years. AND, his office manager, reception and everything else, Rene.... She is the best I don't know how she does all that she does but she does it with kindness and grace. So many patients, insurance companies, pharmacy's , patient scheduling. She's a medical angel!!

Dr. Noritake had been a excellent medical provider in my 7 years as a patient. His staff is efficient and professional.

Best doctor ever. Knowledgeable, caring you are never rushed. A doctor that actually listens to you. Staff is amazing, friendly, always willing to help.

I was referred to Dr. Noritake by my primary care doctor. Dr. Noritake is always patient and professional. He takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on my symptoms. The nurse and the office staff are also very professional, accommodating and friendly. I’d highly recommend to anyone who is seeking for a good rheumatologist.

The office and practice including Physician and Office staff including Renne are way far from understanding patient's condition and Care, Patient Care is not priority, after two years based on COVOD-19 not being able to visit the office I made appointment to check my disease status and reason for my severe pain, immediately upon arrival I was informed I owe office and practice $ 3.25 which in total shock I paid that, based on my condition by physician blood work prescribed and done at their facility, today two month has passed and whenever I call with different excuses they get away to letting me know the test results by physician or message or send me a copy. Their system indicated and kept them reminded 3 dollars but somehow Patient condition Treatment and suffering from pain is totally vanished from their system. Patient Care and Ethics is not existing in this practice.

I have visited Dr. Noritake today and glad i made the right choice. he is fully knowledge and details, gave me quite a bit of information of how to improve my problem. i even got a summary report at the end. nowadays quite difficult to run into a doctor that cares. Renee was very helpful at the front, friendly and cheerful. wish this experience happens more at other doctor office. highly recommend. i actually enjoyed the visit during Covid. thanks you!

This is a Asian owned clinic. But it is not a Asian friendly due to the only MA there working for Dr Noritake. She name is Rene. I've been Dr Noritake s patient for over three years and have tolerated enough from she unprofessional work and "unintentionally mistakes". I have also witnessed other issues in the clinic. during the first two years I was treated there, Dr Noritake had two other front desk staffs, coworkers with Rene,. However they both only stay for a few months. Rene has often ask her coworker to turn me back for any of my request. The x ray technician changed once as well. Majority of Dr Noritake's Patient are senior white people. Barely see any Asian. I m probably the only ones that Rene is trying so hard to get rid of. This bitchy MA doesn't even deserve me spending extra time here writing down all details about her bullying. Please kindly refer to a previous review written by another patient of dr Noritake that I completely agree with. I m exactly have the same experience. But she has gotten a lot worse since covid pandemic starts. A few months ago,I had an in person talk with Dr Noritake specific regarding Rene and my poor experience with her. I also inform him that I m looking for another rheumatologist. He seems well aware of what s going on in his clinic and trying to backing off for his staff. As seeing my firm attitude, he said at the end, "right now it is still covid period. Need to give me more time... Rene has her own stress" well, I m not let her dumping her stress to me. Shame on her to be in scrub.

Dr. Noritake is a wonderful doctor. He is my 4th (and favorite) rheumatologist because my insurance has changed. I feel that he does not cut corners, does thorough check ups and is always willing to move things (procedures like aspirations, shots, or medications) in order to benefit me. Everything is immediate, if I need labs, x-rays, or any type of procedure it's done in that same visit in the same office. I do recommend him, for his gentle and caring character and his grand knowledge on my disease which is Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Dr Noritake keeps abreast of research and new treatments. He welcomes questions and takes his patients' wishes into consideration. He is smart and concerned and excellent at listening and sharing his knowledge. His office staff are beyond wonderful. What more could a patient want!
