Deborah A. Beutler's Online Review Report Card

Quite simply, there is no better doctor. Dr. Beutler is brilliant, compassionate, hilarious, kind, and did I mention brilliant? Oh and patient. She's just the best.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Beutler for a while now, and even though she has a full roster she agreed to take on my husband during Covid when we couldn’t come in to be seen in person. She’s attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and LISTENS. Her office manager, Melissa, is phenomenal and they work so well together that it creates a seamless experience. I have a plethora of accidents, random illnesses, etc that require calling for an appointment more than I’d care to admit. I’ve always had a response or a follow up date quickly. We’ve been seeing her mostly through tele-health since Covid, which means she is still busy and serving so many people during a pandemic. She remembers personal details, laughs at my husband’s bad jokes, and is always following up on issues we might be working to change for the better. If you want a doctor you trust, this is the one!

Dr. Beutler is tops in my book. She's empathetic, listens and I always know that she has my health as her priority. I thank God for her.

So my wife had a sever cold and I had to take her in to see the doctor. We r a new patient. Normally I will go to a doctor near our place but because it's Chinese New Year, most doctors nearby are closed. Also, many doctors only work half day on Thurs. To make the story short, the receptionist at Dr. Beutler told me that they didn't take new patients. I looked around the lobby and there was NOBODY. I asked her if we can wait since there wasn't anyone next in line. She said their was someone inside. Usually if the office is busy, there would always be patients waiting. Instead she recommended that we drive to urgent care 3 blocks on the next street. So they had NO customers waiting and wanted me to go to a place where I have to wait for a few hrs to get service?! No wonder there is no patients there. In the end, she sacartislly said Bye. What arrogance!! I have pop and can go to any good doctor. But I feel sorry for those patients who are stuck with this doctor office. They have NO heart for any patients. My advise DON'T go there. Your life is NOT in safe hands!!

Dr. Beutler has been my extended family's internist for many years, and she is the most empathetic, diligent, thorough physician. She was so caring and supportive when my mom passed away, and she has endless patience with my elderly father. Her staff, especially Melissa, is outstanding!

The receptionist is HORRIBLE! On Thursday my wife was really sick with a severe cold. Normally I would go to a doctor nearby my place. But they were closed for Luna New Year or closed for half day. So I enter the office and there was NOBODY there. I told the receptionist that my wife was a new patient and would like to see the doctor. But she told us that they didn't take new patients. I was surprised and asked her why since there was Nobody waiting in line. She said there was a patient in the back. Really?! She might have thought I was stupid but I wasn't. I have a PPO insurance and I know how a busy doc office looks like. Not a receptionist doing nothing but staring in front of her computer. What was worse was she recommended that we go to Urgent care 3 blocks down on the other street. So, instead of allowing us to wait 10mins to see the doctor, she wanted us to wait in Urgent care for 2 hrs just to see another doctor who would tell us the same thing....giving us a prescription and telling my wife to rest. Well, that would explain why the office is SO EMPTY. I can go to any good doctor with my ppo... but I feel bad for those who are stuck with this doctor as their primary. My recommendation is DON'T go here because they don't care! The receptionist is the "face" of the doc office. She tells me all I need to know.... :(((

Dr. Beutler cared for my mother from the age of 85 through her recent death at 93 after years in a group home for Alzheimer's patients. We could not have asked for a doctor who better understood my mother's needs or was more compassionate in treating her. In my experience with my parents, finding a doctor who treats the whole elderly person, not just this or that condition, is not easy. I unreservedly recommend Dr. Beutler.

I have found an amazing internist with Dr Beutler. An amazing detail orientated practioner. I appreciate her caring demeanor and her compassion.

Amazing and competent. Dr. Beutler and her team is so thorough and caring. Dr. Beutler went out of her way in a major way, making it a game changer for me. Her asst Melissa has been ther with her and she is refreshing and helpful!
