I love Dr.Gaspard's energy , humor , kindness but MOST importantly her expertise in her field . Go see her for any of your derm needs . You will not be disappointed .

She seemed to be in a real hurry, I only really saw her for about five minutes. She was very professional and asked me some basic questions, but I didn’t really feel educated on my skin or the root causes of my acne, or why she was prescribing me things. I’m sure she’s super smart! And she was very polite and nice, but just super fast, so the whole thing made me feel like I was being shepherded out very quickly and I couldn’t think or ask questions.

This was my 2nd time going to Dr. Gaspard. First time I went to her for one procedure which was a filler. This was before the pandemic and she did not charge for my touch up since I was not satisfied with the result the 1st time. After the touch up I still wasn't 100% but I was content. Being a good patient, I decided to give her another try. This time I had 3 different procedures of fillers done all at the same time in 3 areas.I spent thousand of dollars to get a satisfying result.I specifically asked her that if the results are not to my expectation, if I would be able to come back for a touch up. She confirmed, of course.So after 2 weeks it seemed to me my faced barely showed any change after paying so much money. When I addressed to her that I don't see much difference she claimed she is very conservative. However that to me didn't make any sense cause you are not there to see a 10% result. You want to see 80% result that is why you pay that amount of money. I pointed to her that all the areas she did work I didn't see any change. After her consultation she finally agreed to do the touch up. Little did I know another girl comes in asking me to pay additional fee for the touch up. All 3 procedures did not even come close to seeing a difference from what she did 2 weeks ago.I got so upset and disappointed that I addressed this issue to the girl as to why I should pay for a touchup when I don't even see any results after paying so much money from the 1st day. She said she is sorry and this is what the doctor told her that she would not to this without me paying again. I got up and I said the doctor doesn't care about her patience and its all about money. Paying that much money you would want to see a radical result, and you would hope that your doctor would understand if you weren't pleased that she would do anything to fix it. Totally unprofessional of her.I called and I complained again saying I am totally disappointed as how they didn't take care of me. The lady on the phone said she will talk to the doctor and get back to me. They never called me back.Reputation is the key to success. She seems to only care about her pocket and not the patience satisfaction.I personally will never go back to that office.

Staff couldn't be bothered to schedule an appointment even though my situation was urgent. Never followed up when they cancelled previous appointment. Cosmetic $$ factory.

I'm frankly stunned at the one-star reviews. Not because I don't believe the experiences described...I can't imagine why a reviewer would be untruthful. But simply because across a LOT of visits to Dr. Gaspard I have had nothing but good experiences with her, her colleagues and the office staff. When my previous dermatologist retired a few years ago, I became a patient of Dr. Gaspard's practice. I'm of an age and skin type (very fair) such that my visits are ridiculously frequent and nearly always require a biopsy...or more. I never have a long wait and I've always been treated respectfully and diligently. She's efficient with her time (and mine, which I appreciate), but never to such a degree that I don't feel I'm getting her undivided and unrushed attention. Nothing but good things to say...and I've been to a LOT of dermatologists over the years.

I've been seeing Dr. Gaspard for the last three years and have so many wonderful things to say about her practice. The office staff is friendly and recognizes me when I arrive to check in. In my consultations, Dr. Gaspard goes above and beyond to make sure that I feel heard and provides expert advice. For example - she helped me create a skincare routine to even my skin tone and help prevent monthly breakouts. This new routine has both improved my confidence and motivated me to invest in smart products instead of relying on boutique overpriced products that weren't showing the same results! I also use Dr. Gaspard to do my preventative botox, and I always trust her to support my goals. Dr. Gaspard's expert advice has been a game-changer for me and I would highly recommend Dr. Gaspard to all of my friends!

I loved this Doctor. She took time to tell me and show me where the sun had damaged my skin. Got rid of some basal cell skin stuff before it could become cancer. Can’t highly recommend her enough.
