She he is such an amazing humane doctor with a wide spectrum knowledge

I would give 5 stars to Dr. Chang but her office staff has made some fairly serious mistakes with my records lately that could have been dangerous if not caught in time. On two occasions, the office staff has provided the wrong patient file to the lab for diagnostics. This has not only delayed the labs getting done, it has caused significant inconvenience to me by having to take time off work twice for each occasion due to the error, and has incurred cost in parking fees for those instances.

Dr. Chang is very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable in her field. She went out of the way to examine my conditions, provide me with timely treatment, and thorough follow-up/follow-through the healing process.
