I really didn't want to go in for spinal x-rays after taking a tumble down a flight of stairs, but the care I received today was excellent. The doctor, "Sam" made me feel very comfortable and cared for. He also astutely pointed out that I'm so busy caring for other people that I'm neglecting myself. I didn't feel rushed at all, which is a new experience for me at an urgent care setting. I really appreciated the warm and welcoming energy from him, the nurse, and the x-ray tech, all of whom were professional and down to earth. I would 100% recommend going to Exer.

First visit here. very clean, front desk check in very quick and good customer service. Did not have a long wait and was very happy with nurse and the doctor!!!

This is the cleanest, nicest, fastest, friendliest, and most thorough urgent care. The entire staff was professional and caring, and Dr Taline Kilaghbian really listened, and was very knowledgeable. This urgent care is a little farther than others from my home, but well worth the trip for such an amazing experience!

We needed a catheter replaced and called around to make sure they are able to do a Foley catheter. I was surprised how many local urgent care centers are not able to accommodate this request. When I called here they were so friendly, even placed me on a brief hold to make sure they had all the supplies. I was told that the best time to come in as well as how many people were currently in the waiting room. All of the staff was very friendly and professional, front office staff, nurses, doctor. I would highly recommend this urgent care and will likely return for future urgent care needs.

The wait was very minimal. The assistant that brought us into the room was very friendly and attentive. The PA was very knowledgeable and thorough. I had a very pleasant experience here. They are friendly and efficient!

My son was denied care for an injury - suspected broken bone. Reason – he is 17 years old and needs a parental consent for treatment. He is in college in Pasadena, away from home, no parents around. Exer Urgent Care refused to accept the parental consent via electronic transmission, which I could have provided in writing within minutes over email or fax or any other channel. They simply don’t care about providing care. Your situation might be different, but do not risk getting a denial of care in a situation where you need it most. Just go elsewhere.
