I have used their services and I found the staff professional and kind. The medical doctors are knowledgeable and explain thins so I could understand what was happening, and very caring about me as a patient.Yes, there is a wait, but its not unlike any emergency room I've ever been to.If I knew someone with my insurance I'd definitely suggest this urgent care.

The treatment I received from the staff was great but the care was so terrible I felt insulted as a patient. My concerns were down played in a condescending fashion. I was told I was simply unaware of my own anatomy and this new issue I came in for was just something I hadn’t noticed about myself despite my referral from medical professionals to have this issue treated in person. There was absolutely no validation of the patients feelings and I felt insulted, I even question if “Dr.Yee” is a real doctor and not just an under qualified P.A.

I finished up my last wound check today and cannot begin to express my thanks and appreciation to Dr. Shadpour and the wonderful staff at Optum Urgent Care in Pasadena. The waiting time was minimal and everyone was always so kind and pleasant that It made my visits extremely easy.Again, thanks to Dr. Shadpour and all the nurses and technicians for an excellent result!

Went for an ingrown toenail to be removed. Dr.Seint Yee had no clue what she was doing. Did not numb the toe and used scissors to dig the nail out without success. Told me to go to Sally's beauty supply to find something to dig the ingrown out myself. If you go and this Dr. is assigned to you RUN!!!!
