List of Hany Zaki Md's Reviews
I've been meaning to do this for a long time now & this last issue was the final straw. Now if I could give 0 stars I would. This guy is trash. No respect. No ounce of care in his soul. You're better off finding another Doctor even if it's several cities over. All my visits in the past lasted 5-10 minutes. I always left my visits without the proper knowledge on what's wrong/may be wrong nor the solution to resolve any of my problems. He was always in a rush to just get in & out even when I was the only patient. He always seemed to get irritated whenever I would ask questions concerning my issues as if I was already informed with everything I needed to know. According to him, it's like I never had any issues as he would always say, don't worry you're fine or I'm overthinking things. I could go on & on, but the final straw was when I tried to schedule an appointment & I was advised by the receptionist to just go to urgent care instead. There was no need for me to go to urgent care whatsoever. It's like he was denying me care & the cherry on top was when I noticed they marked me down as a visit even though I didn't get seen. All I did was call over the phone to make an appointment. That's a bit fishy. All in all, stay away at all costs. I don't even know how this many is still running his business. You're probably better off diagnosing yourself & finding treatment with the help of Google. Cheers.
Dr. Zaki is a good , thorough and friendly doctor. He will tell you what you need to do, not what you want to do. I highly recommend him.
He was decent about 10 years ago, now seems he is too busy to care. Feel like just a number being pushed through without any care of who is in front of him or what ailment you might have. He schedules appointments two to three months out (smh). His office receptionist (rene I believe) is one of the rudest receptionist ever encountered. He will pretty much tell you off or hang up on you if you disagree with him. He has been my primary since 2009 and have since seen the standard of care decline. He is my physician and I don not go to him for cosmetic procedures so maybe that might be the distinguishing factor. I will be switching primary
The best doctor.
Great doctor kind caring and patient
I feel very lucky to have Dr. Zaki as my physician. He genuinely cares about his patients, is wholistic and practical in his approach, a great listener and is an excellent practitioner. Also, love that his office is organized and technologically up to speed e.g. patient portal, etc...
I have been seeing Dr. Zaki for several years for cosmetic filler. Unlike med spas or derma offices, you are getting an M.D. attending. He is meticulous and gentle, takes great pride in his work. The office is spotless and the staff friendly. Beverly Hills quality here in Pasadena
Dr Zacky is very kind and listens to your problems and very thorough and understanding the staff is friendly and very clean and modern office
The best primary Doctor I have ever had. He treats both my wife and I. His approach to the health of each of us has been individually focused and not cookie cutter like we experienced elsewhere.
I am normally a Healthy person, felt ill and went to urgent care and was having issues with my blood pressure. I called my Dr. Zaki and he refused to see me because I haven't went to go see him as I never get ill. He turned me away and said go see another doctor. Worst doctor with bad work ethics.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
