List of Hilary J. Fausett's Reviews
Dr. Fausett is no longer at this address. She is no longer practicing medicine so don't bother to call the office to reach her. They also will not have your medical records. The office of Dr. Charbonett is not handling Dr. Fausett's patients. They have no idea where my medical records are or where I can even begin to find them. Why she is listed on the web is beyond me. Just a heads up.
Has no idea how to treat pain, can't remember the patient 4 Weeks Later. just knows how to write Book. Horrible as a Doctor and Pain Management. Authors and writers make horrible Doctors. They don't listen to the patient they think they know only because of their book?. Has no idea difference of pain and structure of different pain. Only what was written in a book. Does not listen to the patient's pain.
Dr. Fausett is what doctors should strive to be. She's truly a "problem solver." After years of ever increasing and debilitating back pain she read my MRI's HERSELF, not the radiological report and started to put the puzzle that is my very complicated system together. I have 2 genetic auto immune disorders that make is very easy for my discs to herniate. Just having someone acknowledge there is a reason for my pain was amazing. After seeing everyone at Ceders and be treated terribly I am devoted to Dr. Faucett. She does a lot of injections that help immensely. I wish her office ran a bit better, the answering service picks up when they should be open, and med refills are hard to get. But you don't get much smarter and compassionate a doctor than Dr. Fausett.*update 2/22 I wish she would start practicing again
Ok, so this review is roughly 3 to 4 months later than I anticipated, but no less sincere or appreciative. I had been dealing with compressed discs in my back for roughly 4 to 5 years before consulting and being treated by Dr. Fausett and her staff. From the first consultation to the actual procedure she performed, I have yet to find a physician whom I believe related to my issues and cares about helping me with solving my issues with compassion, but more importantly logical application of known treatments. Before visiting Dr. Fausett's office, I had two epidurals in an attempt to cure me of my debilitating pain. Pain so intense, that I could only average 2 to 3 hours of sleep per night with my legs hanging off the side of the bed for comfort. She was open and honest about the fact that her treatment wasn't a 100% certainty of curing me of my ails. But, she assured me that she would do her best, after having to explain my situation for the 10th time to various physicians outside of her office. Fast forward 7 months post-procedure and I honestly have not felt better with regards to my back pain. Before the procedure Dr. Fausett stated that she would apply an additional measure to help ensure that I would get the best treatment to her capabilities to help relieve me of my pain. In comparison to my other treatments, I received 2 to 3 months of pain relief MAXIMUM. Again, 7 months later I feel better than ever. To not have to wake up to pain and go to sleep to pain, while every 4 to 6 hours throughout of the day focused on taking pain medication, I truly cannot thank Dr. Fausett and her staff enough for their straight forward and caring approach to my treatment. I would recommend her to someone seeking real and knowledgeable advice as a pain management physician! She worked wonders for me and I could not be more appreciative! Thank you, Dr. Fausett, I can't wait to schedule my follow up appointment with you to confirm and share my progress. As for the critics of her staff, I would have to say that Leticia and Janet, as far as my experience goes, were just fine. Janet is straight forward and all business, which personally, I respect. Leticia is extremely friendly and very cool with her approach at retrieving the formalities needed for the doctor to treat you properly! I can't thank this office enough, but will try to upon my follow up appointment. Until then, All the best!
I wish I could give Dr Fausett a good review. She was great in the begining however cancelled future procedures when I most needed her. She referred me to another specialist and rather vague regarding another procedure I mentioned. Actually, she is quite aware of this procedure as she gave me the pamphlet and I would be a good candidate. Her assistant, Janet is much more compassionate than her. Very disappointed in Dr Fausett.
Dr. Faucett was one of the most thorough and dedicated doctors I had. She understood the complexities of my case and addressed then. I will always be thankful to Dr. Faucett for the great care she provided.
I had a zoom consult with Dr. Fausett and what stands out most is how carefully she listened to me. Even though I have moved out of her practice area, I trust her intuition, compassion and depth of knowledge more than I can say. She is a gifted physician and a true healer.
3/18/2021 they were trying to recommend me to going back to her I could not after what happened to me many years ago with this doctors office I refuse to ever get any treatment from them big world don't try them for the corruption they will try to charge your insurance for things she didn't do the office manager is unprofessional and tries to tell you they won't pay for MRI your insurance and will send you to a friend of theirs that will charge you thousand dollars I'll never go back to themI wish I could give them -5 stars

But you don't get much smarter and compassionate a doctor than Dr. Fausett.*update 3/18/20Unfortunately for unknown reasons (I missed 2 appointments) I was switched from Dr. Fausett to a new doctor at Comprehensive Pain Specialist. He was terrible, disagreed with both Dr. Faucett's analysis of my imagining and my Rheumatologist's diagnosis. He never did a physical exam, and made a nurse cry 1/2 way through an epidural procedure on me. Fortunately he's gone, but I'm having trouble wanting to see anyone at Comprehensive Pain Specialist. It's been a rough year and maintaining the trust of your patients is important. If I knew what I did to get booted I wouldn't do it again with any doctor! It's so hard to find a good pain doctor!
Such a caring Dr. I am so excited she my new Dr. She listened and help me with some things I can do to improve my future add far as body health and balance. Unfortunately her office dropped the ball and I've been left stranded and on my own trying to find a dr like her with a staff that actually cares. I've called and left messages and the staff doesn't care. It's been 2 years and I still get the run around. Go see Dr Jared Meyer same field but they won't leave you hanging and suffering constantly.m

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
