Dr. Cepkinian has been my orthopedic surgeon for several years now. He is kind and gentle. He has supported me through a total knee replacement and countless injections. I owe a great deal to this surgeon who turned my bowed leg back to its normal composition. I simply would not go to anyone else and I highly recommend him if you’re in need of orthopedic hip or knee surgery.

Dr. Vahan Cepkinian was amazing! He took time to view all my other MRI’s which were not part of my appointment. He was thorough with his explanations. I felt great leaving the office with better knowledge and at ease! Thank you Dr. Cepkinian!

I changed insurance to follow Dr Cepkinian! Great reputation and for more difficult cases. Very experienced, easy bedside manner, interactive, direct, explains everything to detail. The office and his staff are terrific. Very reassuring care.

The three stars are for the staff not the doctors! Doctors were excellent. Surgery excellent. The way I was treated at the hospital was impeccable. I appreciated everything they did and Dr.Cepkinian was very professional and put me at ease. Thank you so kindly. That was all five stars. My complaint. When I called to schedule my surgery I left a message with Karla. There are a lot of instructions on her vm and one said please do not call twice so as not to interfere with her calling back. Twelve days went by prolonging my surgery and knee pain. I called her back got her vm and it said she was not there that day so I left a message and l told her I called almost two weeks earlier and hung up. She called back very quickly and we set up my surgery. Fast forward to surgery day. Dr. C told me I’d be receiving crutches and a walker that day. I received nothing! I called the office and Jennifer gave me the authorization number that was received that day! It turned out that Karla dropped the ball again and did not get my crutches and walker authorized at all and I did not receive them until the Tuesday night after my Friday morning surgery. I had no use for them at that point. This is unprofessional and I was angry because some of the staff acted very apathetically. Especially Jennifer. Her tone was very uncaring. Vanessa was my biggest help. She was kind. I’m tired of being treated poorly and when I get upset I become the problem. Do not scapegoat me. Too bad! Do your job! I needed those things with fresh knee surgery! Grow up and be professional! Hopefully things will be better from here on out. Please address your staff. Thank you
