Irina Jasper's Online Review Report Card

Would not recommend this doctor, however I will note the staff was really nice which is why they get a 2! I couldn't get in for 3 months as a new patient, when I finally did I was not given the physical evaluation I asked for and put on her form. I was told I would get a referral for PT and never did. I had to bother the front desk people repeatedly for a month to get my prescriptions sent. Don't bother coming here

I've been a patient of Dr Jasper for eight years. She's compassionate and pushes me to improve my health. Over the years she's called me to review my test results (which scared and shocked me at the time since she called me to review routine results). She's a good health advocate. Over that time, I've been less pleased with her office. I'm on maintenance meds and they routinely mess my prescriptions up and don't call for refills. When they do call, they don't communicate with me. I've also seen that the Dr office is a little weird since Covid. Maybe the dr or someone else in the office is immune compromised. I don't know, but each to their own. I heard they require vaccines to be a patient. If u don't like it, find another dr. They don't take credit cards either. I'm don't care about the Covid stuff but I'm getting annoyed by the prescription mess ups and may change doctors. I wish Jasper had a better back office.

Dr. Jasper is super kind. I have been coming to her for a couple years already and she's always very caring and helpful with helping me feel better. Thank you so much all you do.

Excellent office and doctor. Easy to get appointments. Communicates with your other doctors.

Dr Jasper is extremely competent and treats her patients with respect and compassion! She is up to date with pharmacology and does not restate to have you tested when needed.Dr Jasper has high standards for her office staff and her patients! What impressed me was that she does not hesitate to tell patients she will not treat them if they are not vaccinated. She is very available and I feel comfortable with her!

I've been coming to Dr Jasper for several years. Can't recommend her highly enough. Tell me...what doctor has you fill in a form upon arrival to find out what you'd like to have happen before you leave? She is focused on excellence and wants to provide it. She listens well and addresses all concerns before leaving. As with any doctor, you have to be a smart consumer and self-advocate. Review your test results and ask questions. Dr Jasper will be a partner in this process.

This review is for the person that is the receptionist. They must really not like new patients here. My money is green. Or my insurance's money. I tried filling out the new patient paper work on their site but it is a locked pdf and cannot be annotated. Its password protected. This person said I should print and scan and email the paperwork so then maybe I could get an appointment. Instead of just taking my insurance information over the phone like any other place in the world. would take 2 seconds. Too bad because the Dr came highly recommended. I don't wanna feel like I'm being fought to come see this dr. As if I'm asking for a hand out.

Five stars are not enough. Dr Jasper is thorough, caring and very helpful when we have concerns. Best primary care physician we have ever had, and an invaluable resource for selecting local specialists as needed

A little history. I'm disabled, live in poverty, haven't been to see a doctor in 3 years, am terrified to go, and desperately need to see one. I am way behind on having a physical, specifically a mammogram. I called Dr. Jasper's office and PATTY was rude and told me to get a different doctor because I couldn't figure out how to get them the paperwork without having transportation to the office. They kept telling me I either had to bring it in or email it, neither of which was an option because I don't have a car or scanner. I asked if I could come in with the completed paperwork on the day of my appointment. I was told, "NO," and never once did Patty mention that I could mail it in until I got upset. I explained how poor I am and that I need a doctor and she simply didn't care. I've also heard from another patient that Dr. Jasper is cold and rushes you, so I guess I dodged a bullet with this one. This incident truly upset me. I already don't want to see a doctor and Patty was cold and heartless, even after I explained my situation. Why work with people if you're just going to be awful? Get another job, Patty, maybe something that doesn't involve you talking to patients. I mean if you're going to belittle and disrespect someone because they're poor with no way to get around, maybe you ought to look for employment elsewhere. Spare people your terrible attitude.

Dr. Jasper and her staff are very professional. They schedule the patients in a manner where you are seen within 10-15 minutes of walking in the door. They return phone calls and are responsive to requests for prescriptions via mail order. I have always had a positive experience with this office.
