This office needs a complete makeover... on it STAFF. The Dr's are great but boy that office staff is nasty. Old lady at the front was rude and demeaning. I waited for over an hour. The ladies in the office obviously broke HIPAA laws. I've heard them talk about other patients in disparaging way. Make me wonder what they said about me. Dr. Pai was great though and I hate having to go there to see him but he is very knowledgeable and kind. aND checking out was horrible. I felt they all snickered behind my back and belittled me to others in the "clique" that has obviously been formed there. What a rude group of people. This office should and will be reported to HIPAA for discussing other patients in from of the patients in the waiting room. Im sure lots of rules are broken because of this place. NEVER EVER EVER going back despite Dr. Pai's kindness. Maybe he will see how ridiculous this place is and divorce himself from this retched company. Grow up office women and get a life so you will stop tearing down the patients that come there. My advice... STAY AWAY!!!!!

Excellent, had been a patient of Dr. Dennnholz on the same office for years and started seeing Dr. 2 years ago She is amazing in every way, profession, intelligent and interested. Couldn’t be happier with anyone.

Dr. Ivy is the best. Dually degreed in biology and Econ from Stanford, she's as sharp as a tack. Both my husband and I are clients, and we couldn't be happier. She found his skin cancer and sent us to the best MOHS surgeon in the area. Top-notch office.

Dr. Pamela Hu is great and she is extremely professional and friendly , however the office staff is horrible. The billing manager Shan has a nasty attitude and is horrific to deal with , they made an error on my billing and refuse to make it right ! They fully except responsibility for making the billing error however they refuse to correct it they will not except the blame !

I've Been Coming Here For 2 Years and i can tell you it is a pleasure every visit! Dr. Ivy Lee Thank you so much for everything that you have done for me very compassionate very gentle and sincere when dealing with his patients also very sensitive to what the patient wants and needs improvement with. My skin has become so beautiful that people knew me years ago can barely recognize me now! i can't say enough to Dr. Ivy Lee and the wonderful happy loving staff so caring. they keep my husband company every visit and he doesn't like appointments and all that stuff but now he loves to tag along now :) A special place with the magic touch to give confidence that will last you for years. OH AND THAT COFFEE AND WATER TASTE LIKE HEAVEN LOL!

this bad review is only for the front office. I had an appointment today as usual I walk in and I do not get acknowledged there's not even a good morning hello nothing after I sat down there receptionist then says to me we have one new sheet for you to fill out and again she wanted to see my insurance card and my ID every single time I walk in this lady wants to see my insurance and ID I don't understand why they have this lady working as there receptionist .
