Jacklin Poladian's Online Review Report Card

Dr Poladian has been exceptional in her care for me. She always goes the extra mile to ensure that I have the information I need and that every aspect of care is attended to. She also provides great coordination of care which is hard to find these days.

The receptionists and nurses are nice, great even, but the actual appointments are not a welcoming environment. I'd over look it if they validated parking but NOPE. You have to park at the parking garage that is always full so it takes a good five minutes to find a spot at the very top, another five minutes to get to the office and then you have five minutes left of the free fifteen the garage gives you. How hard is it to validate?? There's even a machine patients can use in the lobby. Why make a medical visit harder than it already is?

Dr. Poladian is one of the best. She is direct but I appreciate that in a doctor. Her office staff is the best as well. All of them are so patient with me when I call and bug them, esp Connie. I have been with Dr. Poladian for several years now and plan to continue. She has the patience of a saint and I recommend her to anyone.

Total Cliche, but I wish you could give no stars. My wife and I have had similar experiences to other poor reviews on here. The billing is appalling! They continue to bill you for appointments you have already paid for. You have to show that you have already paid. I'm still waiting on a referral from Dr Poladian after a follow up phone appointment I had with her where she seemed confused as to why she was on the phone. Obviously could not remember me, what I had seen her for, had tests done for. So presumably she didn't even have my file open at the time. Coming from the UK I knew the horror stories of the US medical industry, but all my experiences with this doctor seemed like a tick a box experience of all the bad things you hear. Thankfully there are good doctors here, Dr Jacklin Paladian are just not one of them. I am presuming the good reviews on google are ether friends or paid for, as the bad reviews all seems to have similar issues.

Dr. Poladian is my first GP I've seen since moving to the Los Angeles area and therefor no longer being with the Dr. I'd had for over a decade. It's been 6 years that I have been seeing her and her nurses/ staff. I've remained happy with her and her team from the start. I don't take for granted what it means to have a good circle of health professionals looking after you.

I got an abnormal lab result and and waited for the doctor to call..after 3 days, I called. The condescending front desk person told me that it was "probably not cancer, so just redo the test after a few months to see if it got bigger". Of course, this is not a satisfying answer so she assured me thay this was really what Poladian wanted to do because "it was highlighted on the paper". The combination of stupidity and lack of care is astounding..

Loved it 😊 everyone was nice and sweet... they made me feel so comfortable.. I recommend this place to others I’m glad I came here 😊

Dr Jacklin Poladian been my MD for the last 6 - 7 years. I regret never taking the time to recognize her.First of all she is brilliant , she has excellent gasp to medicine, research & statistics. She is patient , kind & really cares for her patients. I never feel rushed in her office. She explains everything in a very calm manner step by step & she leaves no stone unturned.Her staff constantly provided me quality care all of these years. Their the best .... specially miss Connie.I am blessed to have Dr. Poladian as my MD. & highly recommend her.Seda

I am an octogenarian cancer survivor with multiple chronic problems. I've found Dr. Poladian to be intelligent and skilled, as well as compassionate and focused on finding individualized appropriate, helpful responses to my needs. She listens, partners and cares. Dr. Poladian offers a telemedicine option which I opt for whenever possible.
