I had an incredible hands on experience thanks to Dr Wilcox & Nurse Linda! They helped me feel comfortable, informed, and well taken care of before, during, and after my procedure. I cannot recommend Dr Wilcox & Nurse Linda at HRC Fertility Pasadena enough!

Thank you! I'm finally a mother. After 2yrs of trying with other doctors, I did my research again and gave it one final try with Dr. Wilcox. I've been used to hearing bad news so when Dr. Wilcox would confidently say we'll get you pregnant he did just that. He set up a game plan that left no testing out of the question. Dr Wilcox and his team: Nanette, Cynthia, and Rachel were patient with my concerns, walked me through the day to day on all the shots. They were always available to me on their weekends. They go above and beyond the job. At my most vulnerable moments his team truly gave me the support to keep a positive outlook. I think we all cried when I was pregnant. I will be going back for baby #2 early 2023. I'm happy to see familiar faces through this process.

Dr.Wilcox helped us with our first baby 7 years ago & now I'm back again to try for baby #2. I am not sure of the outcome but I certainly & fully trust Dr.Wilcox & team . The whole IVF process is very hard both emotionally & physically but, I'm trying to stay positive & follow my doctors protocol. Dr.Wilcox is confident , patient & has kind bedside manners . He explains ultrasound findings ,labs & other important facts clearly . Teresa is a great nurse she always responds back quickly & is willing to talk to you regarding any doubts . I feel very blessed to be under the care of trustworthy physicians & nurses @ HRC. Thanks Ruchika.

It’s unfortunate and emotionally draining that women have to experience the plaque of infertility and when your OBGYN Lisa William.. recommends a decent doctor you rush to it. This Dr. Wilcox’ office called me back to schedule an appointment because the previous Dr POTTER in his SAME MEDICAL HRC group has no bedside manner and forgets your name after completing IVF, it’s disheartening that his fellow Colleague Wilcox won’t accept your appointment but will refer you to someone else in the same medical group. If Wilcox wasn’t referred to me I would have never called another male doctor to look into these issues. His scheduler Sandra created my appointment, bless her heart she was trying to fit me in and when she got me an appointment we both were happy. She calls me back about 3 minutes later and states I can’t see Wilcox because I was seen by his horrible colleague Potter, but I can be referred to another colleague to have a visit. WHO DOES THAT!! Oh you don’t want to fix your colleagues mistakes , I get it! I share this to inform the women that experience fertility issues to do your research with these male doctors that have no clue on the emotional stress and pain we encounter. Just breaks my heart!!

Success on first retrieval and first transfer! Our infertility journey spanned over 4 years with different methods such as traditional medicine and natural homeopathic ways. We had two miscarriages with one being potentially life-threatening before we decided to go with IVF at Dr. Wilcox's practice. I had stage 4 endometriosis while my hushand had low morphology and we were close to 40 years old. And just one round of IVF, Dr. Wilcox got us healthy embryos and now, we have a healthy and beautiful baby in our hands! The entire process from retrieval to transfer to the pregnancy and labor was smooth. Shout-out to the nurses especially Rachel H. (Rachel Hernandez or her former maiden name Rachel Ducut)! She held our hands through all our emotional baggages, doubts and pain and became our friend when we needed it most. Thank you Teresa as well for always answering my emails.Dr. Wilcox is one of the most confident doctors I have ever met as there was never a question within his field that he could not immediately answer. Trust me, we asked many questions! He knows what he is doing and we love that he has an obssesion with making babies! It is definitely his passion and calling! Some reviews said they wish he did more hand holding throughout the process. I feel that Dr. Wilcox is more of a result-driven top expert while his nurses do more of the comforting and answering of numerous emails. However, I remember I felt tingling in my toes while pregnant one day and I was afraid that it was a blood clot so I sent an email to Dr. Wilcox and team on a Sunday and he called me immediately!As we are holding our healthy, cheerful and beautiful 3-month-old baby in our arms, we are filled with gratitude and respect for Dr. Wilcox and his team. Thank you and may you continue to help many people fulfill their dreams as well.

Dr. Wilcox is very thorough, even-tempered, honest and incredibly knowledgeable doctor. IVF is a difficult experience and having a doctor who was understanding yet would never sugar-coat the facts was invaluable. On multiple occasions, he would make suggestions that reflected the best possible course for us and weren’t in his financial interest. We’re very grateful to Dr. Wilcox and his team for leading us through IVF and towards a happy graduation at 10 weeks of pregnancy. Special shout-out to Nanette who is objectively the kindest, most compassionate and quickest to respond IVF coordinator I could ever wish for.

Absolutely loved this facility. The staff in every department are very competent and have excellent care for their patients/customers. The place is very welcoming and diverse. I did not like the parking, they do charge and it's quite the walk from the garage to the building and all the way up lol. The building is very nice though inside. Mask is needed and they take temperature upon arrival. I had IVF treatment here and every appointment was made easy and everything was explained very clearly. Results for blood work was via email and in person. The follow up with the nurses were also clear and immediate in a timely manner. The procedure itself was super fast and painless. I was advised by an outsider that Acupunture helped relax you and help embryo stick to uterus. The facility allowed an outside Acupuncturist Doctor to comes in and give the treatment in another room before and after IVF embryo transfer. The transfer of two embryos were successful. Thank you staff, nurse Tiffany and doctor Wilcox. You all are amazing!
