Dr. Edwards went above and beyond to accommodate my son, who is in the Autism Spectrum. He showed genuine concern for his well being. Very grateful.

Wow think twice this office is very disappointing they never know that my prescription is to be called in they always right it out and call me to pick it up. My pharmacy is out of state they have refilled it numerous times. I've been with them for over two years and it's on my record i would hope. I suffer from very low Testosterone I have to inject every ten days it's been a month or more with no call back when told numerous times they would. The office staff seems way over worked agitated and rude. I am self employed and know that I would never respond or avoid my clients in this manner I am a kind and understanding person but when your doctor's office doesn't even know what to do with your prescription that's sad. The doctor is an elderly man very kind and educated in his field but his staff needs a crash course in manners and common courtesy. I really hope it's not personal cuz they don't know me why no one has not approached them before is amazing. Wow again on the phone their reasoning is new system WiFi phones bad connection, with the bill they charge my insurance they can pay for his new car over ten times don't mean to sound bitter but again no one knows what they're doing and they make me feel like I'm bothering them. I asked for the doctor to call me numerous times no luck!!!! Is this a doctor's office or do they think it's a favor. I'm tired of this treatment I am going too another urologist asap after this refill. IT'S Unfortunate and SAD!!! Again think twice.........

Although I was the receptionist was able to squeeze me in day of appointment I will Ease of Appointment (3stars) I chose this doctor based on the review I found online which I feel was false. Dr Edwards basically saw me for less than 5 mins seem too busy to answer my questions and concerns. Paid him $$$ to prescribe me antibiotics which my general doctor could have done for $$. I paid him hard earn money and expected professional treatment and diagnoses. I do not mind the expense since I am seeing a Urologist t basically did not do any thing for me. Pain is still there... Receptionist is lazy rude and slow, nurses are okay. Avoid this doctor but is really up to you... Never again DR John Edwards
