ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THE RECEOTIONIST( P*line) WERE SO TURE! BE VERY CAREFUL! SHE WILL COST YOU EXTRA MOENY!The receptionist is incompetent & rude.She will refused to provide insurance company correct docs if my insurance company called and asked.You will get SURPRISE BILL even insurance covered because she doesn't coordinate with insurance company.(LAZY and IGNORANT....and she wants you pay instead of insurance covered) If there is way to complain incompetent medical provider. I am sending a complain.

Thank you doctor!!I and my husband want to say we are extremely grateful that Doctor Li delivered our first baby girl. I recovered from a very short period of time due to experienced delivery process. Thank you Doctor Li for always being so patient and funny to ease my mind and nervousness, which I felt throughout entire pregnancy. Doctor Li always put patients as first priority and work so professionally and patiently to provide such amazing support. I can't image how my pregnancy would be without getting the all help for Doctor Li. Thank you!!

Dr. Li delivered both my boys. I waited a long time to write this review but not a but he is in my thoughts frequently. After my youngest was born, I had an uterine artery embolism. I still thank God for Dr. Li. He knew what to do and his quick thinking and expertise saved my life. He was kind, dependable and put my mind at ease during both my pregnancies. He is the best doctor and I would highly recommend him!

We love Dr. Li. Very dependable and skillful OB/GYN. His office is peaceful and personable. We highly recommend if your looking for an OB in the Pasadena area.

Best OB! He has delivered 2 of my children and has been excellent. He is funny and answers all your questions. I think if you are looking for guidance or tips on your pregnancy maybe look for a doula or read books, and then come to Dr. Li with your questions and he will answer them with humor and a dose of reality. What he did for me was tell me how I was doing and how my baby was doing, which is what I needed him to do. He ran labs, did ultrasounds, referred me to a specialist when I needed it, and answered all my questions whether big or small through email, text, or in person. As for the deliveries, WOW have they been fairly easy (as easy as deliveries can be). I've had some big babies, natural deliveries, and he helped me push through to have easy and safe deliveries. As for the staff at his clinic, they have been great. A tiny bit rough around the edges at first...but maybe because a lot of pregnant ladies are calling their office with so many questions and that can be overwhelming lol I know I called lot! It doesn't take much time though to get the relationship with the staff situated and they are the best. Staff and OB here have been excellent for me and my family.

I had my daughter last September thanks to Dr. Ali’s amazing care throughout pregnancy and postpartum. He is extremely knowledgeable, skillful, meticulous and patient. Not to mention his great sense of humor. Very responsive via email and phone calls. I was able to receive his responses at the most awkward times like 4 am and weekend nights. His punctuality and professionalism just blew my mind. My birth experience was great in the least traumatic way possible. The aftercare was also thorough. The office staff are amazing as well. It was awesome to have a dr who genuinely cares. Don’t plan on having a second but if at all I’d for sure go back to Dr. Li.

After going to different OBGY's for my first pregnancy. And hearing a lot of great reviews for Dr Li. We decided to give a try. I have to say I LOVED LOVED LOVED coming here!! He's a bit old fashion but made my appointments go smooth, my whole pregnancy went smoothly. Any questions I had he always answered. Amazing staff! Waiting time was no more than 5 mins. Even at delivery I was expecting the worse!! All these stories you hear about women tearing and stitches and a lot of other things...besides having to be induced the delivery went amazing!! He did an amazing job!! Highly recommend him!! Hoping to have him as my doctor for my future pregnancies haha

I wanted to wait until after delivery to give him a fair review. During pregnancy he was good, sent me to a specialist since i had a difficult first pregnancy but doesnt offer advice or give a straight forward answer to anything. They cant even check for a UTI in office, btw. Appointments have no wait which is awesome but they are literally no longer than 15 minutes, ever. His receptionist (pauline) is what takes away the second star, she doesnt want to do her job. Anything she has to do, she will make it very obvious she feels inconvenienced. While he was a decent doctor during pregnancy, he scheduled me for an induction and didnt make it to delivery. I understand things come up but didnt even see me until the next day for literally less than 1 minute and says youre good to go home, how do you even know? Lol anyways fast forward to 6 week check up, he does no sort of physical exam, just looks, nothing else. I just had a baby i want to know my insides are where they are supposed to be. So to sum all of this up, if youre willing to google all your questions and hope for the best hes the doctor for you but as for me, i probably wont be back.
