Very disrespectful of the patients’ time. We arrived at 3:00 pm and waited for more than 1 hr and 40 mins! They let my wife in at 4:45 pm, but the doctor only saw her at 5:15. That is more than 2 hrs! We expected better from Keck Medicine of USC

I had another bad experience with the front desk. We were told at our last appointment to show up for the scheduled appointment to do a scan. When we arrived they were confused and said we were doing an appointment. The receptionist (Lelany) was quite rude and would not answer questions. She said we had to wait. We waited an hour and still all she would say is that she is checking in the back. She is very unprofessional and rude. This is not the first time I had a bad experience with this person. At least explain what’s happening. I was not convinced she even spoke to anyone to fix the issue.

Appointment was 9am and I arrived at 9:05. They saw me at 9:10 and my appointment went smoothly and quickly. I saw Dr. Mullin and he was very clear, thorough, and communicative. I appreciated the ease and simplicity of this appointment.

My appointment was 1.30pm, I was arrived on time. But I'm be told have to wait. After 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting they finally let me in. I don't think such an appointment makes any sense! This caused me to miss my appointment After this check.
