We've been patient of Dr Farnam for years, his ability as an allergist really helped a lot however the most recent two visits really disappointed us. This place used to be tiny med space but everything seems so connected...but that's gone, although this place has became bigger, more staff, but everything are so diconnected, the receptionist asked me 3 times for my ID and insurance card just because they are training new staff, I have to repeatedly telling the nurse, physician assistant and the Dr about medications i am taking because they WILL get confused between patients, but the one pissed me off the most is the prescription medication, my wife has allergic asthma for years and it's always been the same medication, but all of sudden they started to prescription that's non insurance covered. At first I didn't notice it but then pharmacists told me there are normal alternatives that covered by insurance and theyve never seen allergist gave non insurance prescriptive medication cost 500$+ before, it's a shame, it truly is

Super office, care, and knowledge. Appointment paperwork was all presubmitted. Wait time was zero. Staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Farnam was attentive and thorough. Best of the best.
