After three fertility doctors that couldn't help us, Dr Werlin was the only one that could. His bedside manner is flawless and he was great to work with. He knew exactly what to do. We have never been so thankful. There is a reason his office is packed. He is amazing. He has been a true gift and we will forever be Grateful. My journey started nearly ten years ago when I sat down with Dr. Werlin to discuss freezing my eggs. He was kind, thoughtful, patient, and honest as I navigated my options. Ultimately I froze my eggs, and the entire experience was positive; I always felt like I was in the safest hands. I also felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Fast forward nine and a half years, and I was looking to defrost those eggs and complete the IVF cycle. There was never a doubt that Dr. Werlin was the one I trusted completely. The quest to become a mom wasn’t always easy, but I felt comforted knowing we were doing everything we could to ensure success. Dr. Werlin always had a warm greeting and kept things light; he was straightforward with the facts and directions and was warm, compassionate, and caring when I needed it. When I had a bad scare, Dr. Werlin and his team took care of me and helped me through it. I can’t imagine going through this entire experience with anybody other than Dr. Werlin and his team. Dr Werlin is amazing. We had been to two other fertility doctors before him abd he was the only one who could help us. He has been around a very long time and is world renown. Our chances of getting pregnant were only 12% even with help and he was the only one that could do it. If you ask around everyone knows him. His bedside manner is awesome, very gentle, very soft spoken, very attentive. You really do need to do just what he says, which is very doable, and so worth it. We have a healthy little girl to celebrate. Can't thank you enough Dr Werlin, your a true gift.

Dr. Werlin is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain the process to you in detail. The staff works with you during this emotional procedure. It’s a state of the art facility with years of experience.

IVF is not easy but choosing Coastal Fertility was. Dr. Werlin is compassionate, caring, and creates protocols based on YOU. Everyone is different and he adjusts medicines according to how your body reacts. I've gone through one FET cycle, got pregnant, and--unfortunately--miscarried almost eight weeks in. Coastal was there for me and helped me through this difficult time with love and empathy. I normally hate doctor's appointments but the experience at Coastal is different--they are my family, and I look forward to seeing everyone, even through these difficult times. In time, I will be back for another FET.

We sought Dr. Werlin's expertise proactively, right when we started to think about having a family, in an effort to make sure any challenges could be surfaced and addressed before wasting too much time (I'm in my late 30s). After some dropped balls with the office front staff and nurses, we were happy to finally have fertility tests ordered by Dr. Werlin. After meeting with the doctor to review our results, we left feeling well equipped to conceive naturally without issue. 4 months later, we visited with another fertility doctor upon a strong recommendation from a friend, and she pointed out a few red flags in the test results that Dr. Werlin had not mentioned. She also formed a few hypotheses regarding possible fertility challenges that required specialist follow-up, which were later confirmed and necessitated serious medical action. We are grateful to have discovered and remedied these challenges, but are stunned and disappointed that Dr. Werlin's assessment of our fertility seemed relatively shallow without much curiosity nor investigation. It left us feeling that perhaps the doctor's objective is promoting fertility technology versus pure fertility.

I am going to update my review. The office manager, Lupe called and spoke with me to apologize.I really appreciated that she did. They are making the situation right and resolving our issue.I'm glad they are willing to work with us in the emotional and expensive process.
