First visit after changing from an eye group in Pasadena. I was impressed with her seriousness, focus and the time she spent to assure me that I would be well taken care of. This is in Direct Contrast to CA Eye Specialists where I was a previous patient. I would recommend Dr. Mora. Also, she has a clientele of Spanish speaking patients; she is from Colombia, S. America.

I have transferred to Dr. Marta Mora from another clinic where I was unhappy. Her office was calm, without being overcrowded. I was taken within 10 min of arriving and Dr. Mora spent a good deal of time to explain my condition. I felt very cared for. It is important to feel trust with your physician, which I had not felt at the previous clinic.

Fraudulently charged my pre-auth on an eye exam due to her irritating the eyeball that I had the dramatic eye-loss issue in the first place. She kept lecturing me, yelling at me, and abusing me assuming that she knew my diabetic state was at fault and she DIDN’T EVEN COMPLETE THE EYE EXAM. All they did was flash lasers in my eye and charged my insurance on an emergency medical exam. Don’t go here. They treat you like a slave.

Fraud! She charged my insurance after becoming irate due to my being irritated by her machine(s) lights. She kept insisting she knew the answer to dramatic eye loss in my right eye. All they did was dilate my pupils, attempt to exam me but kept threatening to not be able to continue her exam. I complied with mandates that don’t even exist. I was explaining to her the machine irritated my eye (YES THE SAME RIGHT EYE). I asked her to stop degrading me and not to talk to me as a child. She attempted to force staff to call police on me. Her irate grossly unjust and abusive rudeness was reported to my insurance. IT IS NOT SAFE TO ASSUME.

Dr. Mora was uncaring and rude to my elderly father. My father attended his follow up appointment he explained his discomfort after having surgery. She simply gave him a list of drops and told him to choose one from the list. After she finished she told him to go find another eye doctor. We are up satisfied with her attitude toward my father. I can’t wait to go with him to his next appointment and confront her with her rudeness.

Dr. Mora took her time to look at my eyes and write down notes about all previous activity. She was informative, helpful, and quick.

Dr. Mora and her staff did an excellent job with my cataract surgery. She properly diagnosed and treated the cataract with great skill. And Jennifer did a super job with preparation for my surgery. I am very thankful to all of them for such professional work.
