My appointment today was so disappointing. My appointment was at 9:40 AM and I was attended at 11 20 AM. I missed my daughters swimming class because of that.

I kind of felt like a Guinea pig. A student (who was very nice) did my exam and the doctor just looked at me real quick. Maybe instead of coming in saying “I’m a student and I will be examining you.” You should say “I’m a student; do you mind if I examine you?” My referral was for a doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Diggory for some time now & everytime I visit, I'm completely satisfied. He is very thorough, gives me options & most importantly for me, he listens.

They made an emergency appointment for me. They were extremely courteous and professional. They helped ease my nerves and diagnosed and relaxed my worries. Informative and provided a plan of work to help me continue my recovery and maintenance.

Dr. Diggory gave me one of the best eye exams I've ever had. Even though it was near his lunch time, he never made me feel rushed or like he was trying to get rid of me so he could go to lunch. He took his time, explained everything and was very knowledgeable about the problems I was having with my eyes. He was clear with his explanations and took my goal (no surgery) in mind; but I'm sure if he though surgery was best, he would have shared that with me, too. My experience with him was so much better than my previous exam, that I would not hesitate to return to him. He said he will review the strength and calibration of my current glasses and let me know the best direction for me to go. In fact, I will return to him for that. I would recommend Dr. Diggory to anyone who has challenges with their eyesight. Sincerely, Elizabeth Jordan
