Dr. Black is a tremendous physician. She is highly intelligent, kind, compassionate, and immensely qualified to treat her patients. I can't recommend her highly enough. If you're ever in need of dermatological services, I can't imagine finding anyone better than Dr. Black.

Not able to treat simple skin issues properly. Spends only 3 minutes and seems rushed. I would definitely find another Doctor.

I was really nervous about finding a new dermatologist after I had to change insurance and leave my previous derm, whom I love and had been treating me for years, but Dr. Black is fantastic! She's so warm and patient, extremely knowledgeable, and never makes me feel uncomfortable about asking my many questions. I also have felt really safe in the office the few times I've had to go in during the pandemic. Really happy here!

Dr. Black is as good as it gets! Every visit I have with her is an amazing experience. The location of the office is easy to find and has amazing scenery. The parking is no problem at all, which is a huge stress reliever if you happen to be running late. The staff is always very warm and welcoming which makes the environment a super comfortable place to be in. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes on average to be seen which is always nice! Dr. Black always has a positive attitude and is amazing at mixing personability with professionalism. She genuinely cares for her patients, unlike some other experiences i've had in the past. Feeling that genuine care makes all the difference when seeing Dr. Black. When nothing else had worked in my past experiences with my acne, her reassurance and confidence in her abilities stood out to me as something that differentiated her. She made my treatment an easy and smooth process and really helped me out. I highly recommend her!

TRULY AMAZING 1st EXPERIENCE!! We highly recommend Dr. Neda Black & the very caring staff at Comprehensive Dermatology in Pasadena, CA! *Backstory..my 80-yr old mom had been living with a huge skin tag on her back & an even more enormous mole on her lower stomach for decades. With age, she'd been unable to avoid injuring these annoying growths every time she showered/dressed. They were constantly bleeding. She's a very private, older, southern woman who had Never considered revealing the situation or having them removed. Her primary care doctor recommended Dr. Black and we couldn't be happier! Yes, the office is very nice & Yes, the front desk staff was super friendly/professional & followed all precautions for Covid-19. BUT it is the level of caring attention that Dr. Black gave to my mom during her visit that has sold me on this office! Believe me when I say, she went way beyond the call of duty to put my mom at ease and rid her of a problem that she thought she'd have to suffer with for life. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!!

I had my accutane appointment with Dr. Black and was happy throughout the whole treatment. Given that most of my sessions were virtual due to COVID she always gave me the attention I needed and made sure I was happy with how the treatment process was going. This recent visit was in person and she answered all my questions and offered to treat anything else that I had brought up. I will continue to see Dr. Black and highly recommend her!

I saw Dr.Black for my cystic acne that suddenly started to flare up about a year ago. Before seeing her, I had tried every face mask and high end face cream that I could think of, but nothing seemed to be working. Dr. Black was very welcoming and super knowledgeable about my acne. She knew exactly how to treat my acne and always took her time to explain to me and teach me about the treatment that she was putting me on. She answered all of my questions and now I am totally acne free! I now have clear skin and can walk out of the house with zero makeup and a whole lot of confidence. Your friendliness and professionalism will not be forgotten. Thank you so much Dr. Black for everything you have done and continue to do for me!
