My granddaughter went to the urgent care feeling very sick, probably with bronchitis or pneumonia, care was refused because she did not have with her a foto ID card, she was told yo get the ID and come back but her home is in East LA, to far too go get it especially since it was raining so hard, she insisted to be seen as she was feeling ver sick, was told to call 911, the paramedics came and was taken to Huntington Memorial hospital where she got admitted. The only reason my granddaughter went to this urgent care was because her job is down the street and her job asked her to go there. I I just wonder if they would let people die if they don’t have an iD with them?
I recently visited for the second time as my Negative TB test had expired. The staff is very pleasant & the premises are clean which is important to me.
PA, nurse, and front desk were all kind, friendly, and helpful. They took care of me.
I have been to this excellent facility on several occasions during the past year or so. All of their professional staff are at a very high level connected to efficiency, reliability and feedback. I have, and will continue, high recommend Pasadena City Urgent Care to anyone who has a need for such services.

Really grateful to the Doctor for being thorough in explaining what was wrong and what was causing the pain. He mentioned all type of treatments available. He then proceeded to answer all my questions about possible side effects . Absolutely great service
The staff is very nice and the facilities are modern and clean. I was able to sign in for an appointment, and although there was still a wait, I felt confident that I was going to be seen in order. The doctor was very thorough, explained everything in detail, and took his time. That was most impressive of all these days.
Doctor was great and very patient
The visit was alright. We waited an hour long in the doctor's room. Everyone is nice and professional except one big lady with glasses at the front desk. While she's in the room and we're asking questions about insurance, she got annoyed and kept asking "Are you okay with paying this today?". She was shaking her head when she left the room after she got her answer. Very unprofessional behavior. I suggest the company should re-evaluate if she is suited for the position, as she is not even able to give a proper and helpful response to simple patient visit questions.
I saw the comments to choose this urgent care. Then waiting for 3 hours. I don’t know why it’s so slow?? The front desk said there are 5 rooms… Otherwise, there is a super fat lady at the front desk, she has a very bad attitude when other patients asks how long they still need to wait. She is super impatient and unprofessional! Won’t come here anymore
