qaseem yasmin is a DR. who is filling in for Dr. Selzer. I am overdue for writing this review and I don't usually write negative reviews but I was very disappointed with the way I was treated there. First, an assistant greeted me and wanted to find out everything I was going to ask the doctor, I suppose so she could quickly address everything that she doesn't cover. This gal was very rude and told me that I should not address anything cosmetic with her and she demanded to know everything I would be asking her. I simply told her that I didn't know exactly what I'd be asking her and that I usually adlib my conversations. The Dr. came in with her and the assistant stood in the back of the room filming the whole thing!!!! What???? I told her I was concerned about some marks on my body that I wanted to be removed and she dismissively said that she would not do anything about that as they would pop up again!!! I don't really care. There were some red marks I wanted to be removed and she continued to say she would not do that. I told her that I had some other cosmetic concerns and I knew I needed an appointment for that. She took photos of my face, profile, and front on and said that she would have someone contact me from her cosmetic department. No one ever called me but I keep getting an additional bill from them for a 78.00 co-pay. I don't think I should pay for this until they perform what they said they would do. The manager is supposed to call me back. We will see what they do about it. Definitely not going back. I did not care for the assistant what-so-ever. Extremely rude lady. Wish I got her name. Yasmin was sweet and calm but definitely not a doer, more of a make excuses type of doctor who doesn't value her patient's wishes.

Whoever is answering the phone at this office is rude and impatient. Huge turn off - I'm staying away.

I'm thinking Dr. Seltzer may have retired and the practice is being transitioned to the new doc. I've tried to see him for two months and the staff will not provide any details on when he might return or even when he left. If he retired, just say so.

Good luck getting an appointment. The people who work here obviously do not care about their clients at all because they refuse to answer the phones nor call clients back. I called on a Monday during business hours to make an appointment but no answer so I decided to call back later. Later on, still during business hours, I called again and again couldn't reach anyone. I decided to leave a message instead. By Wednesday, I still hadn't received a call back so I called again, twice actually, and again no one ever answered the phones. I again left a message. By Friday I again hadn't heard back from anyone. So I called again and again and you guessed it, no one ever answered the phone. There are two phone numbers listed on google, one ending in 3830 and one ending in 3836. I've repeatedly tried both numbers but to no avail. I've given up on calling and I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the experiences in this office have changed greatly as DR. Seltzer is no longer available, they are extremely expensive. I am so sorry to be posting this. DR. Seltzer is a wonderful man, I am not sure what happened as no one seems to know... Or is wanting to tell you, my experience is one that I will definitely not be going back under no circumstances... They want to keep a credit card of yours on file (which to me is totally unacceptable as it can be accessed by anyone who opens the files.). They also billed my primary insurance company, which paid over $600.my secondary which also paid over $400and proceeded to send me a bill for another almost $400 when I called (Florida) I was told this was a mistake. This was the second time they made a mistake as they did the same thing to my husbands account.( I can't help but wonder how many people pay their mistake with that question!) However, they have not sent the requested paperwork confirming their mistake. we, my family, have been patients of Dr. Seltzer for over 20 years and never had a mistake by being billed to triple. I was also told I could not request my records, I have never heard of this. I have always picked up my own medical records and or tests. I will no longer be going here . This office used to be 4 to 5 stars, DR. Seltzer was one of the best in his field. If not the best. I simply posted this to help people. This was my experience. You are perfectly capable of choosing for yourself. Thank you for your time.

Hi Dr. Seltzer. My family and I have been your patients for over 20 years and we we have always been very happy with your service for medical and cosmetic procedures. I went to an appointment today and was informed that you are on leave. The staff (all who were new) were very rude and unhelpful. The dermatologist who was filling in for you would not address my medical issues which you routinely deal with and and said I needed surgery, although she didn't even touch my face or examine the very small cyst that I have on my cheek. Additionally she would not do my Botox but wanted to refer me to another doctor in a different practice to do it. After spending less than 5 minutes in the office and the doctor saying that she couldn't do ANYTHING to my face, the receptionist and new office manager insisted that I pay a $50.00 co-pay for the useless office visit. Your previous staff would never have been rude or unreasonable about the way the office is being run. I was always so happy with your treatments and it is very sad how poorly your practice is being handled in your absence. Your past treatments would have always gotten 5plus stars from and my family but the new staff would get 0 stars. I hope that you are doing well and am sorry to relay bad news about your business. You personally were the BEST dermatologist in town.

I love Dr. Seltzer, his nurse Annabelle, and the rest of the team! I've seen other dermatologists in the past but none of them had the same touch as Dr. Seltzer. He is very efficient, gentle, and knowledgeable with what he does. I initially came into his office struggling with acne. Now I feel confident and beautiful with my clear skin (: Thank you Dr. Seltzer and Annabelle!

Amazing dermatologist. I really love him! And he's probably the only doctor that I've ever been to that actually sees you on time, without making you wait in the waiting room for 30 mins.

I've been going to Dr Seltzer for many, many years for various dermatological issues and he is the consummate professional, and fantastic at solving my epidermal concerns. His staff is very attentive, friendly and professional. Well, back to the office and no more Zoom "beauty filter," LOL - Dr Seltzer has been fantastic helping me with my rosacea over the years, and really now I just need maintenance visits. The work they do is truly amazing, and I highly recommend Felton for your laser work, he's a true magician and artist. My self-confidence is highlighted with his work. I've sent friends to see Dr Seltzer and all have thanked me.

I got botox treatment here a while ago. It just got my wrinkles more severe because it was injected at wrong spots. After so much of trouble going back and forth, no improvement. I have to wait couple months until I can go somewhere else, hopefully they can fix it or do other treatments.
