Dr. Shirazi is a very caring, compassionate person and skilled surgeon. My outpatient procedure had no complications and healed perfectly. The procedure she performed is the foundation of my daily treatments. I'm feeling 100% better now that I can have the treatments. I would strongly recommend Dr. Shirazi for any procedure in her repertoire. One of the WORST experiences in my life to date. In October 2015 I was admitted to Huntington hospital due to what I thought was an intestinal blockage. I was told I had cancer without a biopsy, pet scan. Just a basic MRI. This is how I met this hack. I was told I would need surgery to remove A TUMOR located in my sigmoid colon. Only to have the entire sigmoid colon removed. I then had to face having a colostomy bag. NONE OF THIS WAS EVER DISCUSSED WITH ME PRIOR TO SURGERY. The complications that follow this true story are lengthy. BUT THIS IS A WARNING! If you have cancer GET HELP FROM AN ONCOLOGICAL SURGEON! Don't deal with her! The more surgeries she does benefits her financially. Watch out with her association with Dr. Martel at Keck Medicine USC. I also suggest you seek out a second opinion when diagnosed. Only seek treatment from a CANCER SPECIALIST!

In my past experience we have encountered physicians who are quick to diagnose and prescribe but not Dr. Shirazi. She took her time and communicated in a manner that helped us feel like we were/are in excellent hands. We would highly recommend her to our extended family and friends.

Dr. Shirazi is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. I have a complicated medical issue that has interfered with my daily life for years. Dr. Shirazi found out what was wrong with me when no other doctors could! She performed surgery & it was a success! Dr. Shirazi is extremely intelligent & has excellent credentials, but what sets her apart from other doctors is her kind heart. She is both beautiful inside and out. Dr. Shirazi gave me my life & health back! I am forever grateful.

Dr. Sherin Shirazi is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered.I have a complicated medical issue that has interfered with my daily life for years. I went from doctor to doctor and and never got answers, most of the time they told me I was 'imagining' things or just 'depressed' and brushed me off because 'I was too young to be having these problems.' I was finally lead to Dr. Shirazi and flew to California to meet with her. Dr. Shirazi listened to my concerns, she ran tests and researched my complaints and got back to me with a clear diagnosis. I ended up needing surgery and of course I choose Dr. Shirazi to do the procedure. The surgery was a success! : ) Dr. Shirazi eased my concerns by answering all of my questions prior to surgery. She demonstrated excellent bedside manner and regularly checked on me after the surgery. Dr. Shirazi is extremely intelligent and has excellent credentials, but what really sets her apart from other doctors is her kind heart. She is both beautiful inside and out, she actively listens, is empathetic, and is easy to talk to. Dr, Shirazi exceeded my expectations. I am so grateful I found Dr. Shirazi. My only regret is not finding her sooner. She changed my life for the better! THANK YOU DR. SHIRAZI FOR HELPING ME REGAIN MY LIFE AND HEALTH BACK!
