absolutely the worst people to try to deal with as far as getting in touch with the doctor or the pharmacy they direct you to leave a voicemail or to text them and then they promptly ignore the voicemails or texts you will never get a response back finally had to go through my insurance company to get a hold of anybody about a urgent prescription

Update: June 29, 2025. I should have posted this update sooner. Since Enrique was so rude to me and could not understand what I was asking, I called Optum and Margarita understood and knew exactly what I was concerned about. She decided to talk to my primary doctor and it was approved immediately on June 16 and I have the proper appointments. When you are abused by an employee, call your insurance company immediately. I called Optum and all is good. Thank you to Optum and Margarita. Awful, just awful. Today, June 13, 2025, 11:45 am. I called the office of Dr. Mazumder and Enrique could not understand what I was asking. I asked 10 times if I could talk to someone else regarding my orders and he refused. He told me to call back and, “see who answers.” So obviously I can’t call back and be on hold and if he answers I won’t get the answers I need. I was not allowed to leave a message for Dr. Mazumder or his PA or someone who could help me. All I want to know is exactly what the orders are. Appointments take a long time sometimes so I would like to make them within 3 months. It’s such elder abuse when an employee like Enrique refuses to let me talk to someone else and tells me to call back and “see who answers.” This is my first time experiencing elder abuse. I have to call Optum now for help. You will not get the proper help from Enrique. He will be rude and disrespectful

I have an issue when drs are late and I am not informed that they will be late, so I can have the option to reschedule or continue to wait. I usually grace with 15 minutes. That’s how long they give patients. This dr was 10 minutes late, however, he answered all my questions and he was professional and courteous. I was feeling a bit rushed, but he calmly responded. I felt he was trying to get to his next appointment. That is why a scored this visit three stars. The front office staff is very professional and personable.

I am seen quickly after arrival. Doctor and staff always great and ready to help.

First appointment for my father at this office. The doctor was courteous and seemed to understand his needs and treatment to follow. The visit was rather quick and he mentioned he was prescribing the medication, which was going to be delivered to our home address in two to three days. Four days passed by and I called the office to inquire about the medication. I was told the prescription was never sent to the supplier and being a weekend we would have to wait until Monday to receive a call from the pharmacy. My father is in severe pain, the cancer made his way through the backbone and he can barely move. He waited for two months to finally be able to see the doctor and now he has to wait for his medication. This is frustrating and discouraging. An error like this can make a huge impact in a patient who is suffering.

Much improved in terms of turnaround time. Completely meets my expectations.

DR Mazumder is always caring and listens to your concerns. The staff is always friendly and always gives you a heads up the day before to remind you of your appointment. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a good Dr.

Dr Musander is such a great Dr. very knowledgeable, answered all my concerns and questions. Made me feel comfortable, staff was very polite and professional. Only waited 5 min. I’m glad I found Dr Musander!

Had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time, but the staff were pleasant and helpful. And Dr. Yu was very good and careful to get all points accurate and understood.
