I like Dr. Borenstein. But for this visit, waited about 2 hours to see him. Front office said they needed to “verify insurance”. Seems an inordinate time to do so.

Easy to get an appointment, and the doctor was knowledgeable, quick (no long waits) and responsive to my questions.

Dr. Borenstein is very attentive and personable, and my consultation was thorough and informative. Unfortunately, although I was on time for my appointment, I had to wait a full 90 minutes before I actually saw the doctor. My time is valuable, and that wait was unacceptable.

Doctor Borenstein must come highly recommended and therefore is a busy orthopedic doctor for the wait time(s) can be a bit lengthy. Putting aside any lengthy wait and, more importantly, Doctor Borenstein and his staff are very caring, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I can see how others with more serious issues than my own would recommend him. Thumbs up for me!

Borenstein is a great orthopedic doctor but very hard to contact through phone/email and always never respond back. forced me to do it old way show up in the office. This become very frustrating that’s why it’s a 2 star.

The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Borenstein ask the right questions and listens to your answers. He presents a different options he feels is best friends with your problem and is an expert on ankle issues.

Dr. Borenstein is amazing!!! He is so patient, caring and knowledgeable. I’ve been through many doctors for my foot injury and he was the best. I totally recommend him!
