I don’t know why others have a problem with this practice and or Dr Tyler Cheung. My experience was above average. I thought he was an excellent and a smart doctor. The rest of your ratings are nuts 🥜 As for the staff, they were a happy bunch and very friendly.

Dr. Cheung is a specialty neurologist who specializes in movement disorders--as opposed to being a neurology generalist. He delivered excellent care to my father early in 2021. Moreover, when we had a concern about my father's symptoms, we could send email and Dr. Cheung would *respond*...which places him in the top 1% of medical doctors. More than once he responded to our emails the same day in the evenings, including both Friday and Sunday evenings. That is commitment. The world needs more doctors like Dr. Cheung.

I would give ZERO stars to Dr. Tyler Cheung if that were an option. Very disappointing experience. Get a new Dr........

Where do I begin to recount all of the awful experiences I had over the four times I visited Dr. Cheung and his practice? 1. Dr. Cheung has zero regard for his patients’ time. I was consistently kept waiting 1+ hour past my appointment time every time. 2. On my first visit, he took one look at my physical appearance (I’m overweight) before examining me and told me my neuropathy had to be caused by diabetes. Um, I’m not diabetic and have physicals annually. Then there was the ‘electric needle test, administered by one of his partners, who was completely inappropriate and sarcastic, and didn’t bother explaining what he was about to do before doing it during s process that was very anxiety provoking and scary. I could have and should have filed a formal complaint for his behavior. The icing on the cake was getting charged $25 to have my records faxed to my new neurologist! I would give Dr. Cheung and his colleagues 0 stars, but that’s not an option. Avoid this practice at all costs!

Staff and Doctor seem to be overworked or not interested in follow through with current patients. Lack of continuity between staff and previous visits

Dr. Cheung is a very intelligent doctor and neuroscientist. He is one of the rare Physicians who is an advocate of innovative treatments. He states our treatment plan clearly at the beginning and is very transparent with us during the whole course. My problems are completely resolved with the Epley. He is very thorough, I was given the MRIa to verify his concerns. My family and I feel very lucky to have Dr. Cheung on my treatment team.
