The clinic really needs to get rid of that receptionist Sheena woman. Brings down the whole clinic. Never going again.

Lourdes is amazing!She is so calm cool and collected even though you can tell she is very busy. She doesn't displace any frustration on to the callers/ potential new patients. Very helpful thank you.

So staff is ok but the Doctor is very laxed about your care. I understand we are all human and have bad days but your work ethic should be on point. without the patient you don’t get paid the Doctor should have the upmost respected for the patient and I won’t be going back here. And I received a prescription for myself and my Son and thank God for the pharmacist who took the time and found out the Doctor prescribed the wrong medicine for my Son that’s ridiculous please if you don’t want to do your Job please find a different career.

Yeni is so nice, but Sheena the older, rude black receptionist is unprofessional, giving wrong patient information all the time. Costed me double time + money. This is a clinic for sakes, it aint a burger place stop slacking off and actually work please.

Better avoid..especially the Saturday team A..Prepare to pay 3 additional bills you never knew of. i checked 3 times about billing before leaving..Every receptionist, med assistant, nurse practitioner there claims different things each time..The BIG female receptionist on Saturday makes it worse by being rude about it. No apology for their own mistakes..It took me 3 weeks and 7 phone calls, and today they.. forgot to do another order. So after three weeks i still dont have results

This facility had great COVID protocols. Had to wait outside until called on, only one patient a time in the front desk area. I was attended quickly. The facility was clean. All of the staff were friendly and professional. They have some med at the facility to fill your prescription. Its a one stop shop. I went in due to an ear infection, the next day I received a phone call from the office asking how I was feeling and I was able get my prescription. I had never gotten a call back from an urgent care center before. Overall, this is a great urgent care center. Highly recommend.

I'm glad I'm finally found and urgent care who really take care of you I came here for an ear infection . I went to a previous urgent care in Arcadia and got worse . The doctor and the staff was really nice at this place they make sure I was taking care properly i definitely going back there for my urgent care .

UrgentMED - Pasadena is incredible! Clean, friendly, and a wonderful staff. Etna at the front desk was calm, generous, and transparent about getting the help I need. I came here over my PCP today. I live them!

Been coming here for 3 years. Wish I could make this place my Primary Physician. I go for me and I never hesitate to bring my family for their urgent medical needs as well. I've referred my friends and colleagues to this place, and they all feel the same about the clinic and their Staff, they provide excellent care.

I can not say enough praise and thankfulness for the  amazing staff, nurses and physicians at Urgent Med of Pasadena. I have been coming to Urgent Med of Pasadena for several years but most recently to test on a regular basis for Covid (travel frequently)! Best place in LA for fast and accurate results! 10 minute results. Dr, Kevin, Dr. Hill and the phenomenal team is better than my general practitioner!  You need to experience it yourself. My whole family considers The Urgent Med our private practice. Do not give it a second thought. If you need acute medical care, go straight to Urgent Med Pasadena. The professionalism in care, sincerity and amazing attitudes of everyone on staff is a testament to UMP being exceptional!  Love these people!!
