List of Usa Mobile Drug Testing's Reviews
Extremely poor customer service. Sent me away to another location the second I got into the door without even asking about the reason for my visit. When I arrived to the other location, they told me that they didn't perform my needed test after I waited for 25 minutes in the waiting room. I was sent back to this QD location on Greene Street for my testing. When I arrived back there, the staff was extremely defensive and blamed me for not telling them the reason for my visit and refused to perform the testing.
I've been to about 3 Quests and this is by far the best location I've been to. Its hard to find parking but its so clean and I love the neighborhood. Great employees as well.
Terrible customer service. The tablet you check in on, won't let you check in if you don't have an appointment.God forebid you ask the lady for help. She will inform you that they suddenly, no longer take walk-ins.Extremely rude!! Getting up in the morning and fasting to get blood drawn is stressful enough. Maybe this rude lady should take a long look in the mirror and choose a different career!

Great for employee drug testing (since you don't have to pay), please don't go for general lab work ordered by a healthcare provider. The last time I went in for general lab work, I was over-billed for $300.00 when the labs I had should have been billed preventative. I spent hours with their billing department and my insurance (I am a UnitedHealthcare member and supposedly they are a "premier provider" for Quest Diagnostics). After many back and forth phone calls (we even had to have my internist office re-code everything) we were still charged for $30.00. All I had was a CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, TSH, and UA (all normal annual physical labs, very common). Quest, please make sure you are here for patients and not for profits. I will note at this patient service center, the phlebotomists are caring and understanding; they are always willing to answer any questions and make sure you have minimal pain or a pain-free experience, thus that is why I gave two stars instead of one. I will encourage patients to try Primex Clinical Laboratories, Inc. as I live there service and will use them in the future for all my lab needs. Place was terrible! The front desk receptionist had the worst attitude ever! The minute I walked in didn't greet or say a word. I told her that made every attempt to call them before I drove from so far away and then when I told her she was being rude she got up and left her post and told me I could figure it out myself! NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN AND DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE EITHER!
This location has literally zero availability and customer service is non-existent. I was notified by a new employer I had 48 hrs to get a drug screen- called this location and they had nothing for about 36-48 hours which was cutting it close. Moreover they only complete drug tests for about 4-5 hours per day. With the limited hours and limited appointments I don't understand why they even do screenings at all. When you arrive there is no receptionist- just an iPad and no one speaks to or helps you until your name is called. If you need help you can ask for it... on the iPad and again no one ever actually assists you. Quest needs to look at this business model- maybe have one location that only does pre-employment drug screens... there are literally 4 or more locations in Pasadena but none do drug screens
Badly organized. I checked in from car. They sent me text they are ready for me. Then had to sit there for 15 minutes!!! Unbelievable.
FAILURE: No walk-ins - FAIL. You must make an appointment that is 2 weeks in the future - FAIL. Their automated phone appointment system just hangs up on you - FAIL. Their website appointment system is a cumbersome FAIL.Do this instead:1) Call their customer service line866-697-83782) Press the option for patient3) Ask the wonderful person who picks up to help you find a walk-in location nearby.I got 5-star walk-in service about a mile away at:Quest Diagnostics65 N. Madison Ave., Suite 305Pasadena, CA 91101626-243-8764
I have had great experiences with this Quest and their staff. I went in this am I was in and out in under 10 min. The staff has always been friendly and I keep coming back to this location knowing this. I see negative reviews, but everyone has a different experience. I will keep using this Quest location in the future.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
