Spent 12 hours in the ER. Sat on a gurney in the ER lobby the entire time. Only 1 nurse out of the 5 or so I interacted with was friendly or helpful. The rest acted like I was bothering them if I asked a question. Talked to a social worker for 2 minutes and two doctors for about 5 minutes each. Received dinner. Received no medical service. Was billed $5,000 to my insurance and I have to pay the ER co-pay. One of the worst experiences of my life.

The very best hospital in Los Angeles County/Socal!!! My parents over the past years have had a couple medical emergencies. Thankfully, the expertise of the doctors, nurses, and staff at Huntington Memorial Hospital made a significant difference which in turn aided in their recovery. My kids were also born at this hospital. The maternity and post delivery wards were a pleasant experience. Highly recommend Huntington Memorial!

5 hours for ER wait time is a joke. One of the staff in the registry is rude to people frustrated for the super long waiting time; we were referred to this place because of some blood work that apparently wasn't available in urgent care! Hope we never come back again.

Whole place is a joke I have literally been waiting for seven hours with a sore throat they took 2 test on me and I was sent home without a diagnosis because 1. I’ve been here for a long time and 2. “Lack of staff.”I’ve been here before with “lack of staff” and was not even there for the same amount of time, staff here are a joke especially in the front desk. A women got upset about the wait and left and once she left the “nurses” laughed.Don’t waste your time here go to urgent care or any other Emergency RoomAgain I was sent home without a diagnosis.

My husband went to ER and we have been waiting for almost 5 hours, no doctor came to check on my husband. This is ridiculously unbelievable. Nurse keeps saying that doctor is seeing other patients. But we are waiting here for almost 5 hours !!!!!

So, far! The best, fastest service I've ever had. I really recommend this hospital. I went in like a sick dog for 3 months of sickness that other places couldn't figured out my symptoms. Within 5 hrs. I was out feeling healthy again. Thanks! To the doctors and nurses that work there.

I was COVID positive a few weeks ago. COVID complicated my oxygen levels. I was admitted to Huntington Hospital(thank god i was able to get better). I just want to say Thank you to all the staff from cleaning crew, nurses, doctors and everyone who is putting their life at risk. The way they took care of me was just amazing. I Felt their care The staff was just simply amazing! Thank you again you guys rock. Ppl get vaccinated!!! Thank you again frontline hero’s.

On September 2nd, I underwent a TAVR surgery at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, CA.This was an outstanding work! The result is just fantastic!Team of 16 doctors and nurses in the operation room, nurses at PICU, regular recovery room: It is even impossible to find warmest, sincere words to express the kind of gratitude I feel toward all those people.I would like to display appreciation to Dr. Daga, Dr. Durairhj, Dr. Cohen, Dr. Henriquez, Dr. Praeger, Dr. Young, Dr. Rashtian, Dr. Vazquez, and Dr. Conrad.My heartfelt, unconditional thankfulness goes to Sue Duquette who worked diligently to get me arranged for surgery, filling me in before and checking upon after.It will be extremely unappropriated not to mention nurses at PICU, recovery room who spent significant amount of time and efforts to monitor my health conditions and take appropriate actions, if necessary, i.e. Cassandra, Lew, Dayanna, Jesus Crus, Elisha Charest, Cheril Chua, Taylor Jax, and many, many more.Thanks a lot again for taking such a good care of me. Do not use them, they billed me twice for the same procedure, now I'm stuck calling my insurance provider and them for months now.
