List of Scott Greaves's Reviews
Always available and staff is excellent in working me in for an appointment.
Had the worst experience with the front desk trying to set up an appointment for myself. I was told to calm down and relax by the receptionist. I told her that was rude. She put me on hold without my knowledge and had another girl get on that wasn't any better. I've gone in there and they would be doing each other's hair using a hair straightener right in front. The referral lady is rude as well. Thinks she knows everything.
Comprehensive doctor who handles most problem, but when necessary refers to appropriate doctor.
Rather than referring patients for every little thing like so many physicians do today, Dr. Greaves provides a full service medical practice. However when he does ascertain that a specialist is required he then refers appropriately.
Fantastic office and doctor!
Always on time and easy to get into. perusable and listens. Caught my renal cell carcinoma at an early stage and probably saved my life because he was so thourogh.
Front desk unreliable and unaware of what's going on. Often, they blame the patient for their incompetence.
Their staff is terrible, Dr Greaves is terrible, the office as a whole is terrible. The front desk is rude and unknowledgeable. I would not reccomend this doctor to my worst enemy.
I am still waiting on biopsy results I was supposed to receive two weeks ago. AND they just told me he went on vacation. So, have to see if another dr will share my results with me. I had to call three times before they found my papers in a pile, not in my folder. ... I am very upset. It's unfair to leave a person worrying like this.
Wonderful and caring. These doctors are the best!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
