Very nice to be able to see someone here in Patterson. Both my husband & I used Dr. Chin's services. Highly recommend Dr. Chin and her office staff.

We love Dr Chin, shes wonderful and really knows her what she is doing. I had been going to her for years until my insurance changed to Kaiser. But I have gotten my family to go to her, my father goes to her and loves her. Shes helped him temendously, caught things other doctors did not. She is very caring and always enjoy catching up. I highly recommend her.

Very bad customer service, my daughter was miss informed they charged for frames when they said they wouldn't we tried to cancel and they want to charge additional $50.00 for cancelation. Bad experience over all.

I've been going to this eye office since I was in high school 2007. I have never experienced any bad or unfair treatment from the doctor herself or the staff in general. They have been always friendly and care for their patients. The doctor is fun to talk with, and the staff are very sweet and helpful, especially this one lady who helped me with my broken glasses. I wish I knew her name to write it down. Anyways, I recommend people to come here if they're looking for an eye doctor that is well experienced, and a good customer service! 👌

I've been a customer for many years my benefits recently changed I called today to ask if they can look it up if they covered me and my family and the person who answered the phone was very rude and didn't even try to help

I will NOT be returning. And if you have high-risk individuals at home or young children you’re concerned about, you should NOT visit this office. During my appointment, I asked the optometrist very nicely to wear a mask, because my son at home is unvaccinated and is high-risk. She proceeded to tell me that she can’t do a thorough exam with a mask on because it makes her uncomfortable and she doesn’t like it. She said it makes her feel too flustered and like she can’t work with it on. I politely insisted and when she came back wearing one, she began telling me that “kids aren’t high-risk” and “none of them are getting really sick”. I told her my son has a pulmonologist and neurologist that informed me to take these precautions. She continued to berate me, saying “these masks don’t even work, you know that right. You should get a n95 mask.” She’s extremely unprofessional and lacks empathy or compassion for others. Again, I will NOT be returning.

I was referred to Dr. Chinn office from my insurance company. The front office and back office staff are amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. All of them were wearing masks. I had given the office my medical history and I am considered a high risk medical patient. I wore my mask, made sure I stayed away from others. Then Dr. Chinn gave me my eye exam. She was not wearing a mask, so I assumed she was vaccinated. After the exam Dr. Chinn began talking about how masks give her anxiety. This made me feel uncomfortable. Then she began talking about how her children are not vaccinated and that she has vaccine hesitancy. I felt trapped and just kept agreeing with her in hopes that I could get my prescription and leave. However I ended up purchasing glasses there and never received my prescription. I will never go there again now that I have picked up my glasses. Even now I have made an appointment at Kaiser to get another prescription that I can actually keep..The reason I give Dr. Chinn's office one star has nothing to do with her staff but everything to do with Dr. Chinn herself. I wish her staff well and hope they are prosperous. My health is more important than me continuing to subject myself to a doctor with vaccine hesitancy.

I love Dr.Chin she's such a wonderful Dr. Up to date on all eye diseases as well as very compassionate towards her clients. Staff is wonderful as well 😊 everyone has patience and love customer service my family will not go anywhere else.
