Bad service to patient. Not Kind

Service sucks there always a long wait you have an appointment time and your lucky if you get called back within an hour its usually closer to 2 hours ..just nothing good to say about this office

Im reading through these reviews bashing Dr. V. Balogne he is a good doctor running a busy office for people who mostly get their medical care for free. He doesnt put up with drug seekers and can be very matter of fact when he believes he is being manipulated. If your coming for opiates or to work the system go somewhere else hes wise to it. Ive been with him for over 15 years and he has walked me through the process of being a mom on welfare to now having a great profession in the medical field. To all the haters good... I wont have to sit in the waiting room with you.

Very distespectful unprofessional no helpbadmouth cursinglong wait time even if a appointment is madeshpuldnt be a doctorread more In all my life I have never delt with a person like this guy and it is sad because I am way younger than him the guy acted like a total disrespectful amateur I went to him in my time of need i mean thats what we do we go to doctors for help and hope to get answer or clarifications that we will go ok.he was the total opposite right when i met him he had a attitude off the back and kept cutting me off while I was talking. He was talking to me making me feel like I was slow and while talkimg to me his attitude seemed to have gotten worse then I try to explain my situation I was going through and he cut me off by saying bullst and was cursing while talking to me and said i was wasting my time .then I replied can you help me with my problem he said nope with a attitude cut me off and left the room didnt evem say bye or anything. Very disrectful so unprofessional not helpful was a honest waste of time and i had a appointment at 11 didnt get seen till 1 I hope someone reads this whole review because I would never recomend anyone to this guy and i hope his boss or someone higher then him reads this cas in my opinion he doesnt deserve the position he has and should be evaluated for it hope this helps anyone but before you go with him keep in consideration how rude and unprofessional this guy is .take care everyone and god bless

Very bad service waited over an hour to just get my vitals checked. With an appointment I asked the person next to me how long it usually takes to get seen and they said with an appointment its around two hours. When told the receptionist that I have been waiting for an hour she said that there was 3 people ahead of me and then they would take my vitas and send me back to the waiting room. I walked out I will deff be calling my insurance to change my PCP. I really wouldnt recommend this plac

today is monday and office should be open even the answering service has no clue what is going on.... FRUSTRATING cant get a hold of anyone need to make urgent appt

Not attentive. Does not follow specialists recommendations completely or read test results thoroughly if at all. Only a secretary his own words. I switched doctors after less than six months because I went for help and found a frustrated grumpy doctor who was not interested in helping. He spent more time complaining than focusing on my condition.

I have had the most interesting visits with doctor Villanueva he was may doctor many years ago.

Ive gone twice. First time wait was 45 minutes he spent 30 minutes with me. Second time i went 2.5 hours wait saw me for 30 seconds and didnt even address the problem why i was there until after he is rushing me out the door down the hall. Writes me a referral in hall.I left crying because i felt like a number and not even a patient. Mind you who is paying his bills? We are I have called twice to get results. First day they say the havent been read for me to call back. Second day they say results havent been faxed over and someone would me back. This is third day no one has called me back and no one is answering and its almost noon. Rediculous

Takes forever and put everyone on disability for no reason and gives the wrong medication
