My family used this office for decades because its hard to find a doctor with more knowledge and compassion for helping every single patient with optimal care. From the front to the back. My family owes many year of life and extended living to the practice of sound medicine and love provided from the staff and doctors here.

Lorena was so rude I called in to make an appointment as I’m a new patient and she was so disrespectful and even went as far as insulting me. I’m going to file a complaint in person as well. She’s a terrible person.. I can’t even believe how disrespectful she was.

I work at a home health office and called to obtain a signed order for my patient the receptionist was SUPER RUDE and repeating herself and giving some major attitude then had the audacity to say ok?bye and hang up on me I called back and Andreina answered and explained the situation better... but boy boy does the first receptionist need training.... We are in the medical field and should treat everyone respectfully.....

They have a set time and they always start late. So there is really no reason to have appointments or walkin. You’ll always walk out about 3 and half hours later than when you arrive. Just go somewhere else. Not worth your time or insurance.

She prescribed me a really high dosage of medication and it caused me to have anxiety heart palpitations panic attacks etc. And when I told her she said that nothing was wrong with me and that I should go home. Took me a while to recover... I would never recommend her to anyone.

This doctors office is the worst. From being scheduled to waiting 312 hours to not being able to be seen because there is not enough seating in the waiting room so you have to sit outside and period socially check in. Forget calling in unless you want to be on hold for twenty minutes I kid you not.

Terrible experience Chest hurted and she gave me terrible advise she told me nothing was wrong and prescribed me pills every time I go she always prescribes me unnecessary pills just to earn money
