List of Dr. Jennifer Krasnoff's Reviews
Awful. Now I’m worried I have skin cancer, saw her three times and she made me worse.
I have been a patient of Dr. Krasnoff since about 15 years ago when I reached the age (60), when my youthful days of way too much sun at the beach began to catch up with me. Now with six month checkups and the occasional minor procedure when she finds something, I feel comfortable that we are doing everything possible address any skin disorder. For us, this is a family affair as my wife is also a patient of Dr. Krasnoff.
So I had an appt. with Dr Krasnoff today. Showed up for my appt. on time and was checked in immediately and to me this was a good sign. Well 1/2 hr. went by and I was not yet called in but people that came after me were being called in. I checked with the receptionist that the Dr. does know that I am here right and she said yes as a matter of fact you are next. so I patiently waited and another 20 minutes goes by and again I went to the receptionist and asked if I will be seen. She seemed a little disturbed and said I don't know who are you. I again gave her my name and than she said I don't know I only work here. I again went back and sat down, was so tempted to leave but thought I give it a few minutes, finally the medical assistant came out and called me in. I asked what happened I have been waiting for and hour. She seemed very upset and said she is running behind and its not her fault and she had not even had a lunch break. Of course I sympathized with her as it was really not her fault Now I am in the examining and again I was told that the doctor will be in a few minutes. Another 15 minutes go by and the esthetician comes an assuming why I was there. I told her I don't know what that is and what happened to Dr. Krasnoff. She said she is really busy and I will help you. I was not there to see and esthetician so I told her its ok I will just leave. Based on the conversation that was going on it seemed like to Krasnoff left the office thru the back door and left me hanging. I had good experience with this physician in the past but today I lost all respect for her. I waited over an hr. and left without being seen. The Dr. should have some common courtesy to say she has to leave and to have me come back another day, I would have totally understood. Never going there again. Besides the person that checked me in they were all rude did not seem like they really cared. It seems like doctors don't care about patients anymore what has happened to this world we live in. Thank god I was not there for anything serious.
How Dr. Krasnoff can receive anything less than 5 Stars? (and I rarely give out 5 Stars for anything). She's caring, compassionate, professional & highly knowledgeable. I trust her with my entire family, (she's ben doing an excellent job for us for years). Her staff is very professional, the office is beautiful, parking is easy and she has just about every "high-tech" piece of equipment you'd ever need. In short; Her office is everything you'd want when going to any Medical Provider's Facility.
Technically she seemed fine. I was happy with the outcome. But she did not communicate well, and obviously had not looked at my chart before talking with me each time. She tried to sell me hair removal when I had already gone through such and didn't need it. For the laser work she was proficient, but she left me feeling untrustful with regard to future dermatology needs.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
