Horrible experience here. At first it was great but something happened to where they completely lowered their standards for how they handle patients . I had a first phone appt and they never called... second phone appt and they never called again. Third, very important appt to get a colpo/biopsy cancelled the day of after scheduling it two and a half weeks in advance. When i complained to my doctor (Dr.chen)they didn't apologize or explain why they missed both of my phone visits, and seemed to act like it was my own fault they never called me for my phone appt. Was very disheartening and I'm happy I was able to switch to Sutter. Dr Chen is impatient, and honestly rude. She needs to be replaced if she can’t show some sympathy, care and understanding for her patients!

I had a poor experience with this doctor. She rushed through the appointment and did not listen to my medical concerns at all. Don't waste your time and find someone who won't push their opinions on you.
