I travel 60 miles to my ophthalmology appointments with Dr. Weeks. He is a wonderful, caring  physician who has been administering to my glaucoma issues for over ten years when I lived in Petaluma. A move to Antioch required a decision to find another ophthalmologist or continue with Dr Weeks. I chose to remain in his care.  When he moved to North Bay Associates from his private practice, I gladly followed him there. His support staff are highly competent and responsive to all my needs. So, I'll gladly remain in Dr Weeks care for as long as it is possible.Thank you for this opportunity.John

When I first called Northbay Eye Associates the front desk receptionist wasn't too friendly she was a little rude and I asked to make a new patient appointment and she responded with "what do you want?" I then repeated myself and said "um a new patient appointment. She then transferred me to someone else to schedule the appointment. The person who was helping me schedule an appointment was so sweet and helped me out. I told her I would need a Friday appointment and she asked me to hold and the transferred me to Dr. Weeks office. They helped me schedule with Dr. Weeks and when I walked in to my appointment they were very sweet! The receptionist asked for the paperwork they sent me before hand which was nice. I waited to be called and the assistant was a doll. Very helpful! I have been stuffing from headaches and they tried to resolve the problem.Dr. Weeks is very nice and very patient! Going in for an eye exam is very tasking but he made it very easy. Thank you!

It was easy to make the appointment. When I arrived at the office I was greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. I didn't wait long to be seen Dr. weeks has an admirable quality of being efficient and warm at the same time. I felt very confident in everything he did and told me. I had excellent results on my check up, but I would be glad to see Dr. weeks and his friendly staff again anytime. I will be back in 12 months.

I hate the eye doctor. Some people hate the dentist, I hate the eye doctor. But Dr. Weeks was great! The process was super speedy, I felt like I was getting everything done I needed to but didn't have to go through any extra tests. And his staff is so friendly and easy to work with. Thank you!

I was a bit nervous about my appointment and not being able to see very well out of one eye but Dr. Weeks and his staff put me at ease right away. The paperwork took less time than I expected, the front desk was friendly and professional, the tech who assessed me was well informed and able to put me at ease and the doctor let me know what was going on during the exam and was quite gentle with my eye. The visit was not ideal due to my condition, but the office was comfortable and every person I encountered made it as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. And the follow up emails and care instructions, help scheduling with a specialist and simplicity of having my prescriptions submitted to my pharmacy electronically really made it easy for me!

From scheduling on the phone to leaving the Doctors office I had a great experience.Dr. Weeks and Staff were professional and competent. They all treated me like a friend from first visit.I Highly reccomend them!
