Horrible service. Imagine this......you have a blindingly painful toothache, you call up the office because your Google maps aren't working and you can't find the store, you asked a simple question "where are you guys at in the parking lot, are you in Target?" Instead of just answering my question (keep in mind I'm actively driving around the parking lot at this time) she proceeds to ask a series of questions pertaining to my visit and health history....um ok, just wanted to know where you were......by the time she got to my insurance info I was already fed up and I said "that can wait till I get in, where are you guys? And that garnered an immediate attitude from the receptionist which she carried throughout the check in process. Still giving me attitude because I cut her off and asked where they were in the parking lot. Granted I was short and blunt when I asked but never disrespectfull or rude (remember massive tooth ache) I'm sure the dentist might be great but I couldn't even get past the rude receptionist.
I'm unsure about this place. I've been in twice for routine check-up and cleaning, the stuff that insurance is supposed to cover 100%. I went in once before the pandemic and again a week ago. The good: the place is bright and clean with what appears to be up-to-date equipment. They took x-rays which I could see on the screen. Quick and painless. The bad: I have the feeling, both times, that I ...
Went in after requesting a cleaning which is covered by my insurance at 100%. Was billed $600 for unnecessary cone beam xrays (18X radiation and only needed for more complex procedures like implants), normal X-rays (I had existing ones >2 yo and asked the receptionist about this prior), gum scraping procedure(I’m 25, and no cavities!!!)—all without discussing with me!!!! Dozens of complaints like mine online. They charged me upfront $30 for an oral cancel screening (I thought this was for fluoride so I paid). Then after the appointment they requested an ADDITIONAL $30 for fluoride. Why make business out of scamming your patients? Absolutely an ethical dentist.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
