I saw Isabel P CPHW worst customer service she needs more training she gave me the disability form for maternity leave she told me to fill it out and send it. She’s didn’t even check the paper work . It did not had the doctors information in the back I send it out already and it’s been more than 3 weeks and they told me the doctors information needed to get filled out she’s so care less if she would of checked before giving me the form that the doctors information was filled out they would have not been a delay. Poor costumer service ever.

121 minutes waiting time on the phone😡😡

They refuse to give my mom her refill on her medication because she has an appointment in 3 days. She is on her last half a pill she takes whole pills but is scared and is only taking half so she wont go without any pills she has been calling them for 3 days about it and the pharmacy too they do not care. Today my mom woke up with a high blood pressure and high sugar almost 300 because she needs her medication. She had heart surgery and The pharmacy gave her 3 pills because they are concerned my mom will have life threatening consequences because of this clinic. They do not sell these pills so they are not free.. she has her insurance but due to this they cannot cover because Dr refused to give authorization until she is seen.. They are very unprofessional and have no sympathy toward their patients. Her appointment is only 3 days away why is it so hard for them to just give her a refill of 5 or 3 pills until her appointment. If she dies because she could not get her meds this Clinic will be held accountable because as a ER RN I know this is unacceptable. I went inperson and I found another patient complaining he went 4x to the pharmacy and the doctor keeps sending the wrong meds that make him sick. The front desk do not care and make you stand there until they call you to talk to you. I stood there for 10 to 15 mins when I was the only one standing there.

Im pretty upset . I have been waiting since march to do a physical appointment. Just to do a blood test for the meds I am taking . Dr has canceled both of my appoitments for 2 months. I dont know If I should just go to a different place . Bummer.

No good the have you waiting for a long time even when you have a appointment the girl are ready rude even the supervisor..

Cada vez está peor el servicio si hablas para una cita te tardan 2 horas y si pones la opción que te regresen la llamada te regresan la llamada 2 horas después y te cuelgan solo te hacen perder el tiempo y todavía se portan déspotas 😡

I needed blood work done because I was feeling awful and my levels from my condition were through the roof since I had to go to urgent care. When I came into my appointment here the doctor just spoke to me about condition had the nurse take my vitals and told me to make an appointment to come back in two weeks to get blood drawn. I said no the reason for my visit today is to get blood drawn out to get my medication adjusted. I showed her the paperwork and labs the urgent care gave me. The doctor through an attitude  like make it make sense why would I come today just to chat and wait another two weeks of feeling awful and possibly ending up in the ER just to come back in two weeks when you know what the problem is. Anybody reading this please get Kaiser Permanente.

This place is literally the worst. i took my grandma to her appointment and they took more than 4 hours
